Mail merge pb insert merge field f1?

Hello,
When trying to do the mail merge, my fields appear as enf1, f2, and nom, along with their titles: civility, last names, first names... I don't understand and it's not practical to place them in the right spots??

    At step 4 of the merge, you choose "Other item".

    I just saw and actually we need to do a field mapping, right? It doesn’t take the titles, we have to find field correspondences???

    Je crois que votre problème vient du fait que vous n'avez pas nommé les en-têtes des colonnes avec des titres généraux, par exemple nom, prénom, pour que le logiciel les reconnaisse comme des titres.
