Bonjour a tous,
Alors voila je vais vous expliquer mon probléme : depuis hier mon ordinateur est trés bizard ... Il est trés lent et se bloque même à certain moment lorsque je lance une page internet ou une ouverture d'un document et lorsque je vais cliquer pour fermer la fenettre il va chercher a la fermer sans succes et je vais être ensuite obliger de redemarrer l'ordi car plus rien ne fonctionne .
Mais bon c'est à certain moment car la j'arrive a vous parler sans souccis et j'ai réussi pas mal de scan avec antivir, avast, spybot, ccleaner, ad-aware, ad-watch, avg anti-spyware, malwarebytes ( j'ai installer antivir en + de avast depuis hier ) et j'ai donc trouver quelque virus que bien sur avast ne me trouvé pas avant.
En clair je suis sur que c'est un virus qui s'est infiltré sur mon ordinateur a cause d'une cle usb ... Il y a quelque temps j'était aller chez un amis pour reparer son ordinateur qui avait un virus et ca s'est averer que c'est est un bugle et j'ai donc utiliser ma cle usb avec des logiciels pour supprimer les virus et je pensse que c'est a partir de ce moment la qu'il a du se mettre ... D'ailleur sur mon autre ordinateur j'ai brancher ma cle usb ou il y a antivir d'installer et il ma détecter un virus sur la cle usb ...
Je ne s'est vrément pas quoi faire car j'ai essayer pas mal de logiciels pour supprimer les virus et si j'ai un virus il ne me donne aucune information du type de virus à par que c'est lent pour lancer des programmes et que je suis obliger de redémarrer à certain moment mais c'est casiment aléatoir, car des fois il va être rapide comment avant ...

=> Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

* Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
* Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
* Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
Télécharge et install UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau.
# Choisi l option 1 (Recherche)
# Laisse travailler l outil.
# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra.
# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) -

Alors j'ai désactiver le contrôle de compte utilisateur comme vous m'avais dit, j'ai ensuite telecharger usbfix, installer, mis la cle usb et lorsque je lance la recherche 1, il ma dit acces refusé 5 fois et le programme s'éteint .
Ps : Je ne comprend pas pourquoi voulez-vous que l'on examine ma cle usb, je pensse avoir supprimer le virus lorsque je l'ai brancher sur mon autre ordinateur grâce a antivir qui me la détecter mais le mal est fait sur cette ordinateur ...

1)Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !
Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .
-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .
* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months
* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...
-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).
Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...
Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum
( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )
2)Télécharge RavAntivirus d'Evosla :

# Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX
# Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau
# Doucle-clique sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.
# Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
# Si infection > un log s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
# Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur.
# Poste le rapport, si infection!

UAC toujours désactivé
1)Désinstalle un de tes 2 antivirus( a choisir Avast )

2)# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
Télécharge et install UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Laisse travailler l outil.

Alors le logiciel que vous m'avez fait télécharger pour désinstaller avast na pas fonctionner mais j'ai utiliser ccleaner et c'est bon il est désinstallé .
J'ai ensuite relancer UsbFix et cette foi il a fonctionner, voila le rapport :

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
# Clic droit"exécuter en temps qu'administrateur" sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau
# choisi l option 2 (Suppression)
# Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera.
# Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton pc, laisse travailler l outil.
# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau.

comment se comporte ton PC?
Je te propose de désinstaller tous les fix de désinfection ils sont régulièrement mis à jour et donc a télécharger si nécessaire.

---> Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau.
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

Et bah ca à l'air d'avoir fonctionner ! Merci ! Il ne bug plus ! Il y a tout de même un tout petit peux de lag mais je pensse c'est a cause de tout les logiciels que j'ai installés pour enlever le virus et qui me bouffe de la mémoire comme spybot .
Si non j'ai bien lancé toolscleaner2 mais lorsque je clique sur quitter il me dit qu'il est impossible de créer le fichier donc j'ai copier coller l'analyse et la suppression voila :

Essaye un petit nettoyage
C - Ccleaner :
(nettoyeur de registre, cookies+temps+tempos+prefetch+historique+etc.)
* Télécharge CCleaner.
(attention à l'installation penser à DECOCHER l'installation de Yahoo toolbar discrètement proposé en plus de CCleaner).

Installe le dans un répertoire dédié.
Décoche pendant l'installation
