virus msn

Question

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème avec mon msn en faite j'ai un virus d'msn et quand je me connecte sa envoie automatiquement des messages contenant le virus a mes contacts.
c'est un de mes contacts qui me la fait parvenir a la suite je l'ai bloqué et effacé mais sa ne change pas le fait que j'ai toujours le virus d'msn.
 je voudrais savoir si il y avait un moyen d'effacer ce virus le plus vite possible car sa fait un moment que je ne me connecte plus pour crainte de pouvoir le partager a mon tour;aidez moi svp

Télécharge MSNFix de Laurent 
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 

Décompresse-le et double clic sur le fichier MSNFix.bat. 
- Exécute l'option R. 
--Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N 
- Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais un copier/coller de ce rapport sur le forum. 

Note : 
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal 
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement. 


envoyer le fichier [b] C:\DOCUME~1\florian\Bureau\Upload_Me.zip [/b] sur http://upload.changelog.fr  pour faire evoluer msnfix

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

tu as trop de protection en temps réel!!!

1/ sur un ordi un seul antivirus! AVAST ou AVG 8!
vire avast comme ceci :  https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility

2/ on peut mettre plusieurs antispyware mais il ne faut en activer qu'un en temps réel! et toi tu as spybot avec le tea timer et spyware terminator! 
Désactive le tea timer de spybot en allant dans MODE puis MODE AVANCE puis OUTILS puis RESIDENT

Télécharge et install UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

# Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

# Laisse travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) 

# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

slt bah j'ai fai tout ske tu ma d de faire .
pour usbfix sa m marK accès refusé ms de toute les façon je n'ai po de diske dur ni de clé usb etc ...

Et euhhh ya un truc je n'arriveplus a ouvrir messenger mais windows le détecte et me dit kil est téléchargé 
"sa n'a aucun rapport avec les virus "ou pui-je le trouvé?

il faut faire usbfix car sinon ton ordi restera infecté!

sinon fais RAV et flash disinfector puis tente de refarie usbfix

Télécharge RavAntivirus d'Evosla :

# Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX
# Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau
# Doucle-clique sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.
# Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)
# Si infection > un log s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .
# Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur.
# Poste le rapport, si infection!

2/ Télécharge sur le bureau Flash Disinfector (de SUBS) à cette adresse : http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe

Double-clique sur l’icône.
Les icônes vont disparaître. C’est normal.
Si un rapport est généré en cas d'infection, sauvegarde-le sur le bureau, et poste le ensuite
Redémarre ensuite le PC.

euh jai fait ske tu m'a dit et usbfix ne détecte rien j'ai branché tout mes disques externe ainsi que les disque de mon entourage mais rien n'ai détecté ; C'est peut etre le disque de kelkun de que j'ai du braché xeptionelmen.

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
