Un virus mange tout mon espace disque !!!!

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques jours, mon PC ne cesse d'afficher des messages d'alerte concernant le manque de mémoire sur mon systeme, apres avoir supprimé le plus de fichiers et de programmes inutiles sur celui ci et l'avoir nettoyé avec CCleaner, le probleme ne s'arrange pas.
Impossible aussi de télécharger d'autres applications du genre antivirus (notamment avira...) ; il ne me reste plus que 4,24 Mo d'espace disponible sur une taille totale de 55,8 Go.
Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider sachant que je souhaiterais eviter le formatage de mon systeme....

▶ Telecharge FindyKill sur ton bureau :

▶ tutoriel installation

▶ tutoriel recherche

/!\ Ne fait pas le nettoyage tout dessuite /!\

▶ Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

▶ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

▶ Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

▶ Au menu principal,choisi l option 1 (Recherche)

▶ Post le rapport FindyKill.txt

* Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

Bonjour ,
Va sur --- Poste de travail ( ou ordinateur si tu as vista )
Puis passe ta souris sur C et regarde l'éspace disponible
Fais ensutie clique droit puis proprietés et regarde si tu as uttilisé tout ton espace

vide ton cache internet explorer et autre navigateur puis branche un clé usb télécharge avira enregistre le dessus puis deconnecte toi d'internet supprime des logiciels installe avira fait un scan

Un conseil, VIRES tes cracks et Keygens d'urgence,
sinon te desinfecter ne sert a rien, des que tu les rouvriras l'infection reviendra, et ca peut etre plus grave jusqu'au formatage !!!

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression)

/!\ il y aura 2 redémarrage, laisse travailler l outils jusqu a l apparition du message "nettoyage effectué"

/!\ Ne te sert pas du pc durant la suppression , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

ensuite post le rapport FindyKill.txt

* Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
* Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides

▶ Télécharge malwarebyte's anti-malware

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

▶ Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

tu n'a pas mis mbam a jour : on est a la version 2024 base de donnees :)

rends toi ds l'onglet mise a jour de MBAM et fais les mises a jour, ensuite refais juste un scan rapide.

Télécharge et installe Ccleaner (si ce n’est déjà fait alors penses aux mises a jour)

Lance CCleaner
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Enfin, registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).

ensuite pour verifier :

* Telecharge UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29

* Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

* Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

* Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau

* Choisi l'option 1 (recherche)

* Laisse travailler l'outil

* Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra

* Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

* Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus

penses a vider la quarantaine de MBAM

▶ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

▶ Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

▶ choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )

▶ Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera .

▶ Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

▶ Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau .

▶ Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

et juste pour verifier :

Sous Vista : ▶ Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

▶ Clique sur Démarrer puis sur panneau de configuration
▶ Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
▶ Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
▶ Redémarre le PC.

Option 1 - Recherche :

▶ télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau

▶ Sous XP : Double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

▶ sous vista : Clic-droit sur SmitfraudFix présent sur le bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

▶ Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

(attention : N utilises pas l option 2 si je ne te l ai pas demandé !!)

▶ copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.

    il y a 15 jours j'ai eu le même problème et après avoir galérer un temps voila ce que j'ai fais
    
    1) dans disque local (pour moi c) j'ai fais un clic droit puis propriétés sur tous les dossiers et sous dossiers(un part un, c'est un peu long mais efficace)
    pour localiser quel élément avait un poids ne correspondant pas la logique et la j'ai trouver
    pour mon cas a chaque fois que je faisais un scan avec mon anti virus ,celui ci sauvegardait et stockait dans un sous dossier toutes mes données a cette cadence mon disque a été vite plein avec tout les problèmes que cela implique je ne pouvais même plus faire une restauration système,donc du calme et un peu de réflexion avant de faire plein de bidouilles

Télécharge et installe Ccleaner (si ce n’est déjà fait) :

Lance CCleaner
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Enfin, registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).

j'avais pas vu : avant de faire plein de bidouilles

j'appellerais pas une infection Bagle : une bidouille, enfin ...

Pour finir
as tu encore des socis sinon, pour te donner des conseils de navigation, demises a jour pour eviter les failles de securité et comment configurer antivir,

▶ Télécharge hijackthis

▶ Tout est expliqué sur ce site web pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Poste le rapport obtenu dans le bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse.

Comment copier/coller le rapport :

▶ Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".

▶ ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre et tu fais ctrl V pour "coller" le rapport.

Très bien, ton ordinateur n'est plus infecté !

Avant de retourner surfer sur internet, il y a quelques petites choses que tu dois faire pour finir le nettoyage et améliorer sensiblement la sécurité de ton ordinateur, ça t'évitera peut-être de devoir revenir ici avec une nouvelle infection dans le futur ;) Mais sache qu'aucun logiciel de sécurité ne te protègera à 100%, ce qui fait la différence, c'est ta vigilance lorsque tu télécharges ou installes quelque chose : pour en savoir plus, je t'invite à bien lire la page indiquée tout en bas de ce message (7).

1) Les barres d'outils

Souvent installées avec d'autres logiciels sans que l'utilisateur y fasse attention, les barres d'outils se multiplient sur les ordinateurs et ont deux résultats : ralentir les ordinateurs et provoquer des bugs des navigateurs.
Je te conseille vivement de désinstaller la (barre d'outil google ).
Pour ça, ferme ton navigateur, puis Menu démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> désinstalle la « google Toolbar ».

2) Sécurise ton ordinateur

Anti-virus :
maintenant c'est ok !

Anti-spyware :

* Installe Spyware Blaster

: il ne prend pas de mémoire, c'est juste un logiciel qui vaccine ton pc contre certaines infections. Il faut le mettre à jour manuellement (« Updates »), tous les 15 jours environ, et activer toutes les protections (« Enable all protection »)
* En complément, garde MalwareBytes pour son scan de nettoyage performant.

Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille vivement d’installer et d'utiliser le navigateur Firefox 3 avec deux extensions :
AdBlockPlus pour bloquer les publicités ;

WOT, pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux.

3) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton Bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé : ToolsCleaner

Lance le, clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir, puis clique sur Suppression pour nettoyer.
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires.
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille).
S'il ne supprime pas tout, supprime manuellement ce qui reste.

4) Télécharge et installe Ccleaner (si ce n’est déjà fait) :

Lance CCleaner
Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
Puis nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Enfin, registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).

5) Pour finir le nettoyage, il faut purger la restauration du système (pour supprimer les points de restauration infectés).

Fais un clic droit sur poste de travail (qui est sur ton Bureau ou dans le menu démarrer), puis propriétés.
Sélectionne l'onglet restauration du système
Coche l'option Désactiver la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
Clique sur OK.

Puis refais la manipulation inverse pour réactiver la restauration système.
