Bonjour, J'ai reccement cliqué sur un lien via msn et je l'envoie à d'autres. J'ai tenté de restaurer mon ordinateur, rien. J'ai maintenant téléchargé STOPzilla pensant pouvoir effacé, mais il ne le fait pas. Il a par contre remarqué ceci: Vundo - Trojan ExecVariant.C - Trojan GenLot.X - Trojan Pour les effacer, j'ai téléchargé Spybot search and destroy, mais il ne trouve aucun problème avec mon ordinateur... Que me suggérez-vous de faire pour enlever ses problèmes et assurer la protection de mon ordinateur. (J'ai antivir comme antivirus)

bonjour deja un diagnostic :* Salut, commences par ceci pour voir ce qu'il en est,avoir un diagnostic précis et donc repérer les infections possibles et les neutraliser: Télécharges et installes le logiciel de diagnostic : ici Hijackthis ou ici Hijackthis ou ici Hijackthis 1- Cliques sur le setup pour lancer l'installe : laisses toi guider et ne modifies pas les paramètres d'installation . A la fin de l'installe , le prg ce lance automatiquement : fermes le en cliquant sur la croix rouge . Au final, tu dois avoir un raccourci sur ton bureau et aussi un cheminement comme : "C:\ program files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe " . tuto pour utilisation :(merci balltrap34) Regardes ici, c'est parfaitement expliqué en images , ( Ne fixes encore AUCUNE ligne de ton plein gré, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement ) 2- !! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours !! Cliques sur le raccourci du bureau pour lancer le prg : S'il ne se lance pas clique ici fais un scan HijackThis en cliquant sur : "Do a system scan and save a logfile" --->copies-colles le rapport généré pour analyse

d accord reconfigure le comme ceci :

Configuration de Antivir (Merci Nico) :

clic droit sur son icone dans la barre des taches et séléctionner Configurer Antivir.

cocher la case : Mode Expert.

=> Cliquer sur Scanner dans le volet de gauche :

> Dans "Fichiers" séléctionner Tous les fichiers.

> Dans procédure de recherche, cocher Autoriser l'arrêt, et dans "priorité scanner" séléctionner Elevé.

> Dans "Autres réglages" cocher toutes les cases.

NE SURTOUT PAS OUBLIER LA RECHERCHE DES ROOTKIT QUI EST TRES IMPORTANTE !

=> Cliquer sur "Recherche" dans le volet de gauche et appliquer les mêmes paramètres que précédemment.

=> Dérouler "Recherche" en cliquant sur le +. Cliquer sur "Heuristique" :

> Cocher "Heuristique de MacroVirus" et "Heuristique fichier Win32" avec degré d'indentification ELEVE !

=> Dans le volet de gauche, dérouler "Guard" puis dérouler "Recherche" :

> Cocher "Heuristique de MacroVirus" et "Heuristique fichier Win32" avec degré d'identification ELEVE !

Je ne suis pas d'accord avec toi.

Mettre l'heuristique en élevé va générer des faux-positifs, ce n'est pas génial.

Un ami a peut-être un antivirus qu'il peut me donner... c'est spy hunter, sais-tu si ça pourrait aider? Même si je ne pense pas pouvoir l'avoir.

ca fait un an que j'helpe sur ce site et je n'ai jamais entendu parler de stopzilla (si quelqu'un a un lien d ailleurs que je vois ce que c est !!!)

Bref, mon ordinateur est plus lent et je voudrais que ça change!

Et ah oui, Je réactives mon compte utilisateur n'est-ce pas? = tout ca devrait changer a la fin de la desinfection peux tu renvoyer un rsit que l on sache ou on en est et eventuellement supprimer "le poids en trop" pour ton pc ?

J'ai trouvé stopzilla en voulait prendre spybot à partir du site download.com

En executant le rsit justement, il me dit avoir bloqué une infection... ExecVariant.C
Il me donne aussi l'emplacement de ce qu'il me dit être mauvais pour mon ordi, devrais-je essayer de les supprimer manuellement?

Telecharge et install UsbFix (de C_XX & Chiquitine29)

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

# Choisi l option 1 ( Recherche )

# Laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

# Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

# choisi l option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Ensuite, je dois faire l'option 3 comme tu as dit...

La seule chose est que l'option 3 sur Usbfix est Vacciner vos lecteurs... Je fais cette option?
Ou la 4 qui est de désinstaller?
Ou les deux une après l'autre?
