I also installed Ciel Auto Entrepreneur, and I wanted to know if there is a way to erase the date on invoices before printing them, because I want to print several copies without the date, but when I start printing it tells me that I must fill in the "date" field.

Hello everyone,
1) To change the legal form, go to: List, other lists, legal forms, and from there, you can delete the ones you are not interested in and create the ones you want.
2) To remove: Discount rate and penalty rate, go to: Company settings, Miscellaneous, and then delete what is written in the two boxes (discount and penalty) and you're done.
I am looking for how to create a supplier purchase order.

I don't understand why you want to display your margin on the software?
What do you mean by creating articles?-
Creating an item is when you add a product to sell in the "item list." You enter the purchase price and the selling price, and the margin is calculated automatically. The problem is that my accounts won't be up to date since the margin isn't correct. Otherwise, I'll have to do my accounting separately without this software.

You go to "article list" and select the articles you want to modify while holding down the shift key on your keyboard, then you modify the "default article values" in the settings menu (on Mac, a gear icon at the top of your window and to the right of the "delete" button) and you change the margin or the margin coefficient,
Then you go to your invoices or ongoing quotes (not validated of course) and select all the articles, then click on the "new article" tab and drag your mouse down, then click on "recalculate lines," you select "all values" and OK, that's it...

Personally, the income/expenses and therefore the result (profit) are calculated automatically based on my purchases and my invoices.

for the free version it is impossible to put the logo on the invoice or to modify it. Everything they wrote about this is in the features of the version.
However, you can do whatever you want with this unique template invoice, write, erase, put a logo.
I also looked for a solution and I found it.
Open the invoice with "preview" and then export it in jpeg format, all you have to do is add your logo, add text, and erase what you want with photo editing software, I use GIMP. -

Hello,
I strongly advise against Ciel auto-entrepreneur. I downloaded the AE Facile 6.1 version and started my activity during the trial month. I bought a nearly new version on Ebay, supposedly unused, and received an official activation email with a key to enter that never worked. After many difficulties contacting them, I was told that this number was registered under another name, even though I had been registered with my name, address, and customer number.
I bought the Premium 6.0 version from 2014 at Auchan, but I can't do the setup, I can't contact them, over an hour of hold music on the phone, I can't access my customer account through the software, and the sales department says they don’t know how to handle my request; I have to wait and call back. When? How long? They are incompetent.
