The term Amîneou, rather Amîn, in Islam is used after an invocation, which simply means "O Allah, grant my requests." As for attributing this name to the Prophet of Islam, there is no foundation for that

Amine means "integrity" and indeed comes from the root A-M-N (from which "Amn" (security), "Ta'amin" (insurance), etc. come, you see the idea)
It so happens that the prophet of Muslims had this nickname.
