Open a map from dromadaire

Hello,
I can't open my cards received from Dromadaire; I get a prompt to install the missing plugins to open your Dromacarte and when I click on it, nothing works. I only get a download icon that opens but is useless. What should I do to open them?

Hello, if it's about the Flash Player plug-in, go to Adobe's website to download it directly.
