Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to create an audio CD (CDA files) with a DVD-R using Nero or another burning software?
So that I can then play it on a hi-fi system or a regular car radio?

Good evening,
Creating an Audio DVD seems impossible to me because I don't think a HI-FI system is capable of reading DVDs! But I could be mistaken; for now, I advise you to download Nero, go to the "Create Audio CD" section, put your DVD in your burner, and simply try if it works. Nero will do it if it works; if it doesn't, it won't ^^ But I might also be wrong since I have indeed never tried nor thought about burning an Audio DVD!

PS: If it were possible, there would be a section on Nero: Create an Audio DVD, and as far as I know, there isn't one, so I think it's impossible ;)
