Un nouveau rapport hijackthis

Bonjour,
Violette, enchantée ! 

Comme vous devez l'imaginezj'ai eu quelques soucis avec svchost.exe, pu de connexion internet (je jongle entre deux ordis T_T), de son, enfin pu grand chose de possible, j'ai lu plusieurs post et me voilà avec un rapport hijackthis, j'espère qu'il pourra vous éclairer ?!
Je vais le lire afin d'voir si j'trouve quelque chose par moi même tout de même.

Salut,

Il ne faut pas utiliser msconfig pour redémarrer en mode sans échec surtout quand le PC est infecté, ça plante le PC.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

J'arrivais pas ta façon de mettre en mode s echec, alors j'ai regardé sr le net, j'ai fais une manip ds msconfig, et il roule ds la semoule maintenant, ecran noir T_T

si tu ne trouve pas de cd xp pro utilise une disquette de démarrage. il faut démarrer l'ordi a partir de la disquette (si besoin configurer le bios pour qu'il démarre à partir de la disquette comme indiqué dans le lien 1 et mettre floppy ou disquette et non cd). 

attention il se peut que le clavier soit provisoirement configuré pour les langes anglaises. pour vérifier appuyer sur la touche a . si un q s'affiche c'est le cas. Efface cette lettre test avec la touche retour arrière. 


TAPEZ chkdsk/f C:/ (attention il y a un espace entre f et C:/) (C en majuscule) 

puis appuyer sur ENTREE

sinon pour récupérer tes données on tenter de désinfecter: 

tu peux brancher ton disque dur sur un autre ordi en disque esclave ou en disque externe : et ainsi aller chercher tes données 

ou alors tu rajoute un nouveau disque dans ton ordi sur lequel tu installe windows ou linux pour démarrer dessus et tu récupères tes données sur ton ancien disque que tu auras bien sûr au préalable mis en disque esclave 

tu peux ensuite formater le disque infecté ou le remettre si il a été désinfecté 

7/ malheureusement si rien ne marche il faudra formater et réinstaller xp 

puis remettre les antivirus et pare-feu et seulement ensuite (après avoir été protégé) aller sur Internet pour réinstaller Windows update (dans démarrer puis Windows update)

2, pas de lecteur disquette sur le xp. Ca n'marcherait pas sur usb j'suppose ?
Effectivement l'ecran est noir j'n'peux rien faire.
Est il possible de télécharger un cd xp ? de le graver ensuite.

Mouarf bon j'arrive pas à faire cette clé, mon pc me dit qu'il me manque les droits administrateurs or j'suis sur le compte administrateur... Bref, faudrait pas casser le bel ordinateur à maman en prime, alors j'vais appeler le magasin pour me procurer le cd et on verra ensuite.

Bon, j'ai réinstallé avec f10 au démarrage comme me l'a dit la hotline,  seulement le monsieur m'a dit que je retrouverai mes fichiers, c'n'est pas le cas.
Mon disque dur c me fait un message d'erreur quand je clique dessus :
Windows ne trouve pas recycler\S-1-9-73--100016735-100027531-100018694-4529.com. Vérifier que vous avez entré le nom correctement et essayez à nouveau.

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir # Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau # choisi l option 2 ( Suppression ) # Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera . # Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil. # Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau . # Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt ) ( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller ) _________________________________ lance smitfraudfix et choisi l'option 1 et colle le rapport: http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php

ok il y a un sacré boulot

comme tu vient de recuperer de ton ordi on va pas aller virer en mode sans echec:

fais ceci

relance smitfraudfix et choisi l'option 5 et colle le rapport

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

Ferme tous tes navigateurs (donc copie ou imprime les instructions avant)

Crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau > Nouveau > Document Texte, et copie dedans les lignes suivantes :

Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFscript


Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFscrïpt sur le fichier ComboFix.exe

Clique sur le fichier CFScript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.


Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

Télécharge JavaRa.zip de Paul 'Prm753' McLain et Fred de Vries.
Décompresse le fichier sur ton bureau (clique droit > Extraire tout.)
Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa obtenu.
Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le .exe peut ne pas s'afficher)
Clique sur Search For Updates.
Sélectionne Update Using jucheck.exe puis clique sur Search.
Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il te le demande, clique sur Install et suis les instructions d'installation. Cela prendra quelques minutes.
Quand l'installation est terminée, revient à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Remove Older Versions.
Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. L'outil va travailler, clique ensuite sur Ok, puis une deuxième fois sur Ok.
Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie-colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Note : le rapport se trouve aussi à la racine de la partition système, en général C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log
(c:\JavaRa.log)
Ferme l'application.

Pour réparer la connexion internet:

bonjour, essais de brancher ta clé wifi démarre en mode sans echec et essais une restauration système à date et heure avant le problème 

pour redémarrer en mode sans échec : /!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\ 

(attention : pas de connexion possible en mode sans échec , donc copies ou imprimes bien la manipe pour éviter les erreurs ...) 

.Cliques sur Démarrer 
.Cliques sur Arrêter 
.Sélectionnes Redémarrer et au redémarrage 
.Appuis sur la touche F8 ou F5 celon les marques de pc sans discontinuer "1 appuis seconde" dès qu'un écran de texte apparaît puis disparaît 
.Utilises les touches de direction pour sélectionner mode sans échec 
.puis appuis sur ENTRÉE 
.Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre

-Une fois téléchargé,tu le lances

-Tu cliques sur"ReG-Backup" pour créer une sauvegarde du registre,dans un dossier de ton choix.

-Une fois la sauvegarde éffectuée,clique sur "Fix", au méssage "WinsockFix will now attempt to Repair your connection" tu reponds par "OUI"

-Il va travailler,tu le laisse faire,à la fin des corrections tu auras le méssage suivant"Repair completed Please Reboot", tu cliques sur "OK"

-Le PC va redémarrer,

erreur 1068 - Suite à infection virale de votre ordinateur avec un virus du type "bagle" ou "beagle" ... 

Vous n'arrivez plus a vous connecter avec votre wifi. Si vous allez dans les outils administration sur la page "services" pour activer "configuration automatique sans fil" vous avez l'erreur 1068. 

Si c'est votre cas et que vous vous etes arraché les cheveux, voici la solution: 

Vous devez aller dans la base de registre avec regedit ou autre. 

1. Demarrer > executer > Tapez : "regedit" en ok 

2. Allez sur HKEY Local Machine > system > CurrentControlSet > Services > Ndisuio 

Dans cette clé il y a une entrée nommée "START", double cliquez dessus. Cette entrée doit être 3 pour que le protocole NDIS E/S demarre correctement. 

Un virus comme "bagle / Beagle" change cette entrée et la met sur 4 (disable) et cause le probleme que vous avez. 

Reboutez ensuite votre PC et tout devrait rentrer dans l'ordre.

->Propriétés ->protocole Internet (TCP/IP) 
"Utiliser l'adresse IP suivante :" 
tu rentres 
->Adresse IP : 192.168.1.xxx (les xxx tu les remplaces par ce que tu veux entre 20 et 255) 
->Masque de sous-reseau : 255-255-255-0 
->Passerelle par defaut : 192.168.1.1 

ensuite dessous 
"Utiliser l'adresse de serveur DNS suivante :" 
tu rentres 
->Serveur DNS préféré : 192.168.1.1 
ensuite OK -> OK 
Tu lance Internet explorer et tu tape l'adresse http://192.168.1.1 et si tout est bon tu tombes sur la page invetel de ta live-boxe. Les codes par défaut sont log:"admin" et pass:"admin" si ta liveboxe n'a jamais été connectée à internet il faudra rentrer tes codes de connexion orange (le log commence toujours par "fti/"). 

Maintenant pour ce qui est du matériel tu reste vague as-tu un switch? est-ce un reseau?

J'ai déjà essayé, sur réseau local, mais c'est mon réseau à distance orange qui est marqué d'une croix rouge. Et ce lui là n'a pas toutes ces options de masque et passerelle.
Quand je vais sur internet, je suis en mode hors connexion et quand j'enleve dans e menu fichier ça revient. :S

Tu vas rire, il m'a fallu d'installer firefox !
Je vais maintenant installer les autres logiciels que tu m'as conseillé.
Puis je enlever les logiciels et programmes inutils sur mon pc ? De meme que mon disque D est a craqué pour rien.. et j'n'arrive pas à le formater.. =)

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.

Télécharge JavaRa.zip de Paul 'Prm753' McLain et Fred de Vries.
Décompresse le fichier sur ton bureau (clique droit > Extraire tout.)
Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa obtenu.
Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le .exe peut ne pas s'afficher)
Clique sur Search For Updates.
Sélectionne Update Using jucheck.exe puis clique sur Search.
Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il te le demande, clique sur Install et suis les instructions d'installation. Cela prendra quelques minutes.
Quand l'installation est terminée, revient à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Remove Older Versions.
Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. L'outil va travailler, clique ensuite sur Ok, puis une deuxième fois sur Ok.
Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie-colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Note : le rapport se trouve aussi à la racine de la partition système, en général C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log
(c:\JavaRa.log)
Ferme l'application.
