CD Eject Issue on Wii Console

Hello,
Here’s the weekend problem: we can't eject the WiiSport CD from our Wii console. The console is just over a year old, but it hasn't been modified in any way, we only use "official" games, no burned ones, and the game was inserted completely normally.
But when we press "eject" to take it out, we hear the disk slowing down, the blue light on the disc slot comes on, but the disc doesn't come out; on the contrary, we can hear it start spinning again, faster and faster. It's impossible to get it out.
We have temporarily unplugged the console, but that didn't solve the problem.
We moved it to a different position; it was vertical, but even lying it horizontally, the problem persists.
Does anyone have an (easy!) solution to help us?
Should we send it for repair? To whom?
Thank you for your responses!

I expected someone to have already encountered the same problem; it must happen from time to time, right? With all the Wii owners, it's surprising that no one can tell me how to remove it myself. On computers, there's a small hole to insert a paperclip when the tray won't open. I'm looking for the equivalent trick for the Wii.
And if there's no other solution, where can I get it repaired? Do I have to send it to Nintendo for service? What is the turnaround time and the cost, for those who know?
Thank you.
