ok, le mieux serit de faire un rapport hijackthis:

salut.
alors jai déja cliki sur un lien comme ca + il comprant l'e-mail.
Quand tu klik il te demande de télécharger une application (Virus) avec l'icon d'une image.
Kaspersky 7 ne detecte rien.
alors kon tu le télécharge il ne se passe rien mais quand tu l'ouvre tus besoin de dire "BYE BYE ma boite!"

Oui un petit raport hijackthis ce serais pas de mal en esperant qu'il vas passer ^^

Ton rapport ne montre pas grand chose , le rapport nous montre que tu es sous vista donc désactives l' UAC et relance msnfix
Pour cela:
-vas dans démarrer puis Panneau de configuration.
-Double-clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs".
-Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valider.

ok, on va faire autre chose

Téléchargez random's system information tool (RSIT)par random/random et sauvegardez-le sur le Bureau:

Double-cliquez sur RSIT.exe qui se trouve sur votre bureau pour le lancer:
