How to decompress a DS game with WinRAR

I would like to know how to decompress a DS game with WinRAR to put it on my R4???

    you right-click, go to "extract files...", choose the location where you want to put it, and voilà.

      Yes, but I still can't play. I don't know why, but I think there's a special format. My games are in zip format. Does that interfere or is it another problem???
