Question

Hello,I am in the process of creating small posters that will be placed at red lights, roundabouts, etc...For this, I would like to make a fluorescent colored background (green or yellow) with black writing.So does anyone know how to create a fluorescent color in Photoshop???Thank you in advance for your answers

Are the small signs on the side of the road at the roundabout and traffic light on A4 paper?? ( Not the circus ones, the ones in A3 ) I'm talking about the small ones.

Hello,

It's a bit complicated but not necessarily impossible on screen ;) .

Fluorescent colors are not part of the light spectrum.
It's the "reaction" of a molecule subjected to light rays that creates fluorescence. This molecule would need to be incorporated into your printer's ink for true fluorescence.
So, the color palette in Photoshop is enough for you to invent colors that "seem" (or give the illusion of being) fluorescent!
It's up to you to play and create your own palette.

Good evening,

Are your posters going to be printed? I mean at a printing company?
If so, you can use any color as the background, and the printer will replace it. But generally, we use 100% cyan.

Yes, at a printing house.
Here you go, if you have any ideas that would work to promote my event.
My plan will be internet + A3 posters in businesses (tobacco bars, etc.) and A4 flyers at the roundabout traffic light.
