-_-" I'm fed up with people who preach about illegal downloading and who, in many cases, are the ones engaging in it. If young people didn't get Photoshop through piracy, they wouldn't learn how to use it; companies should train their employees, which would be too expensive and time-consuming for many, and therefore they wouldn't use it. Adobe wouldn't sell licenses.
When you're an individual, you pirate your license; production companies know this (if you have 250 bucks to spend on software, I envy your purchasing power, but that's not the case for me, earning half the minimum wage a month). And they rub their hands together since that's what sells their product. Just like Microsoft isn't really complaining while so many individuals pirate their Windows OS.
Yeah, because the professional market is the profitable one, and those who use a product privately tend to use it professionally.
Conclusion: Stop the hypocrisy and go rollerblading; it'll give you firm buttocks and pleasure for your partner.

and sorry for my first post but your request is so similar to that of some who illegally download their software...

My brother got caught downloading, and the fine was quite... disgusting enough for me to keep a legal downloading software! So, well... we'll avoid that twice! The internet is essential for me, and seeing the hit they took on him really freaks me out! It doesn’t happen often that someone gets caught, but this time... I was blown away!
Something like over €3000 in fines. But the crazy thing is that he had been warned beforehand by email and... he didn't take it into account!
Moreover, officially, Adobe allows individuals to use its software in unofficial ways. As P4NZ3R mentioned above, the fact is that a user who knows how to operate an Adobe application will enable a company that uses it to acquire one of its software products. Adobe is thus assured of selling its products quite expensively to users who have a professional activity.
I have a friend who had a photo shop; one of his collaborators used Photoshop without a license even though he was also a professional in the imaging field. Illegally, he was earning income from software he had not declared. Adobe did not miss this, as he received a €30,000 fine. The software house informed him after his arrest that they would not have pressed charges if he had been an individual using their software for knowledge acquisition and with the intention of purchasing their product later if he did it for a commercial activity.
We thus return to the foundations of piracy. It is illegal to pirate software; however, facts are not necessarily pursued if it's an individual doing it for non-profit purposes. If you use pirated or unlicensed software while having a profit-making activity and you get caught, you will face a hefty deterrent fine, €30,000 that not everyone can afford. On the other hand, if you engage in software piracy to resell the pirated product, the penalty is much higher at €150,000 and 1 year in prison.
It's like video game consoles. Remember the SEGA Dreamcast; at the time, it was the only console so easy to pirate that games were being distributed all over the internet. No need to go through a hassle; everything seemed designed for users to pirate the console's games. It was later revealed that SEGA chose this strategy to boost sales of its console. They sold nearly 20 million units worldwide.
Piracy is like justice; there are different speeds. You just need to know what is right and what is wrong. Driving against traffic on the highway is wrong; speeding to overtake a slow vehicle on a two-way street is prohibited but is more of a gray area; avoiding smoking while filling your vehicle with gas is the right thing to do!
