Problème mon pc n'set plus le même!

Bonjour,
depuis ce matin, mon écran Windows n'a plus les même couleurs, ni le même fonds d'écran ? il rame et je ne peut pas accèder à mes disques durs et j'ai des feêtres de pub qui s'affichent quand je navigue, je ne peut pas accèder à la restauration système ni par la touche F8.
pouvez vous m'aider.

    Télécharge ici :

    http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

    random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

    Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

    Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

    Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

    Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

    Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
    ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

    NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

    télécharge Hijackthis : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis

    .cliques sur download
    .cliques sur download Hijackthis installer
    .enregistres le sur le bureau
    .Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
    .installes le , il va s'installer par défaut dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
    .Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"
    .Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
    .Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

    en allant dans poste de travail puis

    C:\WINDOWS\tasks\bggajlpa.job

    scan avec malwarebyte , fais un scan rapide et colle le rapport obtenu et vire ce qui est trouvé:

      Bonjour
      voila, j'ai suivi tes instructions et j'ai telechargé malwaresbytes, mais au lancement rien ne ce passe il ne s'ouvre pas, j'avais le même problème ce matin avec celui que j'avais et je pensais qu'il avait un souci je l'ai désinstallé, j'avais avast comme antivirus et pareil je l'ai désinstallé suite à un message qui s'est affiché !
      que faire dans ce cas.

    ok

    télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : renommé en killfix

    http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/193094576412487685/Killfix.exe

    et enregistre le sur le bureau.

    déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

    désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

    double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

    à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

    réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

    copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

    Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
