Pb de mise a jours ubuntu

bonjour à tous,
j'avais déjà poster ce sujet sur le forum mais malheureusement j'ai pas eu une réponse satisfaisant ,
le pb c'est que depuis plusieurs jours les mises à jours s'accumulaient sans pouvoir les installer, à chaque fois ou je clique sur installer les mises à jours j'ai plusieurs messages d'erreurs comme celui ci :

W: Échec de la récupération de http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/u/util-linux/mount_2.13.1-5ubuntu3_i386.deb
Connexion à localhost: 4001 (127.0.0.1) impossible. - connect (111 Connexion refusée)

pouvez vous m'expliquer ce que ça veux dire ?

maintenant j'ai 103 mises à jours non installé .

à noter que j'ai fait quelques modifications sur le fichiers sources.list donc si celà vous aide voici son contenue et merci d'avance. :
