Bonjour,
J'ai voulu refaire un scan en ligne il y a quelques temps et impossible.
Que ce soit sur le site de secuser.com, ou kaspersky, ca ne fonctonne pas.
J'ai essayé avec le navigateur firefox ou internet explorer, c'est pareil.
Sur le site de kaspersky, j'obtiens le message suivant :
"Update has failed. Program has failed to start. Close the kaspersky online scanner 7.0 window and open it again to install the program. You must be online to update the kaspersky online scanner 7 database. With the latest ...
[ERROR: updater logic error related to download process]"
J'ai essayé de suivre les instructions trouvées sur certains forums : tout supprimer et retélécharger.
Ca ne fonctionne pas non plus.
Je ne sais plus comment faire.
Si quelqu'un a une idée.

Salut,
-Telecharges RSIT " Random's System Information Tool " sur ton bureau : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
- Fermes toutes les applications en cours et double clic sur RSIT.exe
- Selectionnes " Continue " à l'ecran >> RSIT va analyser le pc et verifier si l'outil hijackthis ( version à jour) est present sur le pc, si ce n'est pas le cas, RSIT le telechargera >> acceptes la license
- Une fois l'analyse terminée, 2 rapports.txt s'ouvrent, log.txt à l'écran et info.txt dans la barre des taches
- Postes le contenu des 2 rapports

- Relances ToolbarSD et choisis l'option2
- Laisses l'outil travailler et patientes jusqu'à la fin du scan
- Un rapport c:\TB.txt sera généré, postes son contenu

- Telecharges Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware :
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
- Installe le > double-clic sur Mbam-setup.exe, à la fin de l'installation, il se mettra automatiquement à jour
- Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lances Malwarebytes
- Executes un examen rapide du pc ( tu n'auras pas accés à internet pendant l'analyse)
- A la fin du scan clic sur " Afficher les resultats ", si Malwarebytes a trouvé des infections >> clic sur " Supprimer la selection "
- Si il a besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finir la desinfection, acceptes
- Un rapport s'etablira, postes son contenu.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
- Installe le > double-clic sur Mbam-setup.exe, à la fin de l'installation, il se mettra automatiquement à jour
- Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lances Malwarebytes
- Executes un examen rapide du pc ( tu n'auras pas accés à internet pendant l'analyse)
- A la fin du scan clic sur " Afficher les resultats ", si Malwarebytes a trouvé des infections >> clic sur " Supprimer la selection "
- Si il a besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finir la desinfection, acceptes
- Un rapport s'etablira, postes son contenu.

Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.
# Etape 1/ Télécharge :
- MSNFix http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip (!aur3n7) et décompresse-le sur le Bureau.
Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/ ; Choisis ta session courante *** Administrateur *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[1]" sur ton bureau).
# Etape 2/
Lance le fichier MSNFix.bat qui se trouve dans le dossier MSNfix, sur le bureau.
- Exécute l'option R.
- Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N.
- Sauvegarde ce rapport sur ton bureau.
# Etape 3/
Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.
# Etape 4/
Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :
- Le contenu du rapport msnfix.txt situé dans C:\WINDOWS ;

J'ai ensuite mis à jour adobe et java, et supprimer les versions antérieures comme indiqué.
La mise à jour adobe a été particulièrement longue, environ 45 minutes, ca avançait très lentement entre 98 et 100%.

J'ai essayé de faire un scan en ligne avec kaspersky.
l'installation de kaspersky on-line est apparemment arrivé au bout.
mais la mise à jour des bases antivirus ne se fait pas, je vois qu'il se connecte à différents serveur mais il n'arrive pas à télécharger le fichier master.xml
Et au bout d'une demie heure, j'ai le message suivant :
"certains composants sont endommagés ou ne sont pas installés correctement. veuillez réinstaller l'application"
Quand je vais voir dans "ajout/suppression de programmes", online scanner kaspersky n'apparait pas dans la liste.
J'ai aussi un autre problème avec msn, quand je mets ma webcam, mon interlocuteur me voit mais moi je ne me vois pas, j'ai une croix rouge à la place de mon image.
C'est peut etre un peu radical mais je me demande si formater et réinstaller un windows tout propre ne serait pas une solution à tout ca ?
