Actually, it depends on what you're looking for:
- If it's a portable browser, try: https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Internet/navigateur/fiches/103705.html https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Internet/navigateur/fiches/30687.html opera, etc...
- If it's a portable clone of IE, then try http://www.commentcamarche.net/download/telecharger-34068560-sleipnir-portable for example.
- If it's to have multiple versions of IE on the same machine, to test the rendering of websites for example, then try:
