le virus Trojan-Dropper:W32/Agent.JRIRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

J'ai attrapé le virus "Trojan-Dropper:W32/Agent.JRI", mon antivirus "antivirus Firewall" d'orange a detecté aussitôt le virus, mais il n'a pas réussi à le détruire par cause de changement de nom ou un truc comme ça et j'ai fait aussitôt une analyse de virus, après cette analyse, dans le rapport, j'ai pu voir le nom d'un spyware qui est "TrackingCookie.2o7 (cookie de suivi de navigation)". mais je ne sais pas trop si c'est le virus "Trojan-Dropper:W32/Agent.JRI"et j'ai refais d'autre analyse, mais il ne detecte aucun virus ni firewall.

J'aimerai savoir si c'est bien ce virus que j'ai trouvé avec mon antivirus, si ce virus est dangereux et ce qu'il peut faire sur mon pc et aussi de savoir si mon antivirus a été assez efficace pour le détruire.

Bonsoir,

Pour commencer :  faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner

Ensuite :

Télécharge le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

Renomme Hijackthis en Tutu

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe (tutu)  pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Tutoriaux (ne fixe rien pour le moment !!)

Pour ceux qui ont vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

quand j'ai passé ccleaner, il a detecté le virus, orange me demande de le nettoyer, c'est ce que j'ai fait, mais il marque après "impossible de nettoyer, objet renommé.

je dois continuer comme même à faire de ce que tu m'as dis.

Pour après il faudra le faire car certain logiciels de désinfection ne peuvent pas démarrer si cela n'est pas désactivé.

Télécharge GenProc sur ton bureau (Attention le fichier est un fichier zip)
Dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat
En final, poste le contenu du rapport qui s'affiche.

IMPORTANT : poste le rapport et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvent il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement )

sinon, j'ai recommencé le nettoyage au départ et j'ai scanné avec hijackthis, c'est pour ça que j'ai un nouveau rappot.

si par genproc, tu parles bien de cclearner, oui je viens de le refaire, mais mon antivirus a retrouvé des programmes infectés par le virus et il en a mis 6 en quarantaine et supprimé 7. et il en a trouvé 7 en tout, je crois, si j'ai bien compris.

Pour faire le scan sur Malwarebytes, je choisi l'examen rapide ou l'examen complet. et en faite, je n'ai plus besoin d'utliser  hijackthis, je le désinstalle ou je le garde.

Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)



Choisis "enregistrer" et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

Double-clique sur l'icône d'installation qui vient de se créer et suis les instructions.

Créé une icône sur le bureau.

Double-clique sur l'icône de SAS (une tête dans un cercle rouge barré) pour le lancer.

- Si l'outil te demande de mettre à jour le programme ("update the program definitions", clique sur yes.
- Sous Configuration and Preferences, clique sur le bouton "Preferences"
- Clique sur l'onglet "Scanning Control "
- Dans "Scanner Options ", assure toi que la case devant lles lignes suivantes est cochée :

Close browsers before scanning
Scan for tracking cookies
Terminate memory threats before quarantining
- Laisse les autres lignes décochées.

- Clique sur le bouton "Close" pour quitter l'écran du centre de contrôle.

- Dans la fenêtre principale, clique, dans "Scan for Harmful Software", sur "Scan your computer".

Dans la colonne de gauche, coche C:\Fixed Drive.

Dans la colonne de droite, sous "Complete scan", clique sur "Perform Complete Scan"

Clique sur "next" pour lancer le scan. Patiente pendant la durée du scan.

A la fin du scan, une fenêtre de résultats s'ouvre . Clique sur OK.

Assure toi que toutes les lignes de la fenêtre blanche sont cochées et clique sur "Next".

Tout ce qui a été trouvé sera mis en quarantaine. S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer l'ordi ("reboot"), clique sur Yes.

Pour recopier les informations sur le forum, fais ceci :

- après le redémarrage de l'ordi, double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer SAS.
- Clique sur "Preferences" puis sur l'onglet "Statistics/Logs ".
- Dans "scanners logs", double-clique sur SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.

- Le rapport va s'ouvrir dans ton éditeur de texte par défaut.

- Copie son contenu dans ta réponse.


Regarde bien le tuto SUPERAntiSpyware il est très bien expliqué.

oui supprime tout puis :

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau. 

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours ! 

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer . 

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " . 

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months 

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ... 


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ... 


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note). 

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ... 

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum 


( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

je regarde depuis au moins 5 minutes le compteur du processeur kon peut mettre sur le bureau, la flèche n'arrête pas de monter et de descendre. d'habitude, la flèche est stable, (environ 20%) et elle bouge kan je met internet ou j'ouvre un fichier. et maintenant, elle n'arrête pas de bouger, j'aimerai savoir si c'est du au virus que j'ai attrapé et de ce qui faut faire pour ki reste stable.

Tu relance hijackthis, mais là tu clique juste sur faire un scan, ensuite tu sélectionne les lignes puis,

Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau :

* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

Puis enfin pour finir ceci : 

pour voir si ton pc est à jour :

pour l'autre pc il faut que tu soit suivi, pour l'autre pc tu peux déjà faire un rapport hijackthis que tu viendra mettre dans un nouveau sujet que tu me donnera le lien.
