Question

Bonjour,
Je viens tout juste de télécharger "Runscanner", mais je ne sais pas du tout comment lire le rapport. En fait j'ai décidé d'utiliser ce programme après avoir tenter de fixer sans succès ces lignes suivantes avec Hijackthis :

Ce rapport n'est pas assez detaillé ,afin d'evauer ton infection

 Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau. 

-> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe 

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours ! 

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer . 

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " . 

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months 

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ... 


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ... 


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note). 

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ... 

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum

Serait-ce donc les crack ? Je sais qu'ici la charte interdit ces utilisations, mais ça serait dommage de désinstaller ces programmes qui coûtent énormément et qui m'aident tout aussi beaucoup dans mes études!

Peux tu refaire la procedure en desactivant l'antivirus et le parefeu car tu as une verrolle sur la barre de lancement internet qui n'a pas ete detecté par toolbar sd (cela doit venir du fait que tes protections sont activés).

Je suis entrain d'analyser ton rapport.Les cracks et keygens sont fortement deconseillés car vecteur d'infection bagle (a priori ,tu n'as pas d'infection bagle,mais sait on jamais ,nous ferons un test apres toolbar sd).Tu as par contre une infection multiple,cette repetition de ligne 013 infectieuse est un cas que j'avais pas encore vu.Donc on va proceder par etape.

Bon toujours rien coté askbar,bizarre.Forte suspicion sur cette ligne

Clique sur le menu Demarrer /Panneau de configuration/Options des dossiers/ puis dans l'onglet Affichage
  - Coche    Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
  - Décoche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
  - Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)
clique sur Appliquer, puis OK.

N'oublie pas de recacher à nouveau les fichiers cachés et protégés du système d'exploitation en fin de désinfection, c'est important

Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :

    * Clique sur Parcourir en haut, choisis Poste de travail et cherche ce fichier : Chemin\Fichier
    * Clique maintenant sur Envoyer le fichier. et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
    * Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
    * Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
    * Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
    * Clique alors sur les deux fleches
    * Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
    * Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.



Note : Pour analyser un autre fichier, clique en bas sur Autre fichier.

Bon tu n'as deja pas d'infection bagle.


Télécharge SDFix sur ton bureau :

--> Double-clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis "Install" .

Puis une fois l'installe faite , 

Impératif : Démarrer en mode sans echec . 

/!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\ 

Comment aller en Mode sans échec : 
1) Redémarre ton ordi . 
2) Tapote la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC) juste après le "Bip" . 
3) Tu tapotes jusqu' à l'apparition de l'écran avec les options de démarrage . 
4) Choisis la première option : Sans Échec , et valide en tapant sur [Entrée] . 
5) Choisis ton compte habituel ( et pas Administrateur ). 
attention : pas de connexion possible en mode sans échec , donc copie ou imprime bien la manipe pour éviter les erreurs ... 


Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double-clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer l'outil . 
-->Tapes Y pour lancer le script ... 
Le Fix supprime les services du virus et nettoie le registre, de ce fait un redémarrage est nécessaire , donc : 
presses une touche pour redémarrer quand il te le sera demandé . 

Le PC va mettre du temps avant de démarrer ( c'est normale ), après le chargement du Bureau presses une touche lorsque "Finished" s'affiche . 

Le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier 
C:\SDFix sous le nom "Report.txt". 

Poste ce dernier dans ta prochaine réponse accompagné d'un nouveau rapport Hijakcthis pour analyse

Quelques précisions de symptômes: dernièrement je ne sais plus faire clic droit et "nouveau dossier", et lorsqu'un programme me demande de rechercher un fichier (tel un rapport), l'icône "mes documents" à gauches ne porte aucune non et aucune image!

* Potasse le tuto pour te familiariser avec le prg :

relance malwarebytes en suivant scrupuleusement ces consignes :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

* Lance Malwarebyte's .

Fais un examen dit "Complet" .

--> Laisse le programme travailler ( et ne rien faire d'autre avec le PC durant le scan ).
--> à la fin tu cliques sur "résultat" .
--> Vérifie que tous les objets infectés soient validés, puis clique sur " suppression " .

Note : si il faut redémarrer ton PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le !


Poste le rapport sauvegardé après la suppression des objets infectés (dans l'onglet "rapport/log"de Malwarebytes, le dernier en date)

Rapport GenProc 2.452 [2] - 2009-03-15 à 19:07:01 - Windows XP 
 
GenProc n'a détecté aucune infection caractéristique et suggère de suivre la procédure suivante : 

 
Poste un rapport Nod32 https://www.eset.com/ (il faut utiliser Internet Explorer)
- coche toutes les cases à chaque fois, et lorsque c'est terminé, colle le rapport :  
- C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

Fais un scan en ligne avec BITDEFENDER

           http://www.bitdefender.fr/scan_fr/scan8/ie.html 

           Utilises ie,acceptes l'active x,installes le scanner et scan ton ordinateur (le scan devrait durer
           entre 1 et 3 heures) 

Supprimes avant certains logiciels de desinfection qui peuvent etre detectés à tord comme des infections,en telechargeant tool cleaner

---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau. 
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer. 
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir. 
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives. 
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. 
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

Je suis en train de payer une gaffe: j'avais effacer iexplorer avec "eradicator"! Tu peux deviner qu'il m'est impossible de le réinstaller pour de "mauvaises actions". Je pense que je vais laisser ce sujet à ce stade pour aujourd'hui! Je devrais terminer quelques leçons...

Ce que je vais faire, une fois un disque dur externe acheté, c'est un formatage que j'ai prévu depuis longtemps. Je clos ce sujet en remerciant loloeseb pour son aide, qui a fait sa BA du weekend :D!
