    I'm having trouble understanding, I have an iPod 5th generation and I have a code for the volume but I have no idea where to find it. I have friends who bought one of the same generation but none of them have a code!!! I can't hear my music when there are people around me... who can help me ?????????????

    Hi, you go to iPod control, you look for volumelocked, you remove it and unlock it. Finally, that's what I did. Then you press the menu and the center button to turn the iPod back on and it worked for me. iPod Nano 1G, but I think it's the same for the others. See you!
