probleme page de démarrage

Question

bonjour

probleme nouveau pour moi je n'arrive pas à me défaire d'une page de démarrage qui revient constamment default-home j'ai passé adware spybot j'ai verrouillé la page revient sans cesse voici ci-dessous le log que j'ai obtenu avec HijackThis et je n'arrive pas à virer les lignes identifiées par R0 et R1

salut alain

recommence svp ton copié/collé il est incomplet

- Le mettre dans 1 dossier ex: C:\HijackThis
- Le lancer -> Scan -> Save log
- Récupérer ce log/texte avec le bloc-notes.
- Le copier/coller

tu dois avoir tout tes programmes C:/windows/etc...
qui doivent être présents - si tu as un programme malveillants dans ton ordi et que tu ne supprimes pas l'exe responsable , les fix ne serviront à rien

je sais pas comment tu fais? je vois pas... ^_^ j'ai jamais vu un log "complet" sans la startuplist...... ça compromet tes chances de réussite considérablement - ça voudrait dire en gros que tu n'as pas Windows d'installé dans ta machine et 0 programme ....hum!

pour la 04/
1) tu arrêtes ce processus : ctrl+alt+supp
2) tu repasses sur le log et tu fixes
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSMsgSvc] C:\WINNT\System\MSMSGSVC.exe <-- regarde bien ton log, si ce programme est présent dans C:/Windows/System32 (et il doit y être forcèment!) - tu dois le supprimer en mode sans échec impérativement - le problème c'est que peut être tu as plusieurs programmes qui déclenchent aussi ton intrus... tant pis

modus operandi :
*fixe les lignes trouvées dans l'hijack
*ferme l'hijack
*reboot ton ordi
*nettoie le cache internet (options internet : supprimer cookies et temps) vide ta corbeille
*effectue un nettoyage de disque (démarrer/program./accessoires/outils système/répondre OK à TOUT)

à supprimer en mode sans échec impérativement
C:\WINNT\System32\SrvRemoteCOM.exe
C:\WINNT\System\MSMSGSVC.exe

1) affiche les dossiers cachés :
Clique sur "Démarrer" >> "Panneau de Configuration" >> "Options des Dossiers"
Clique sur l'onglet "Affichage">> Dans la liste des "Paramètre avancés", sous la rubrique "Fichiers et dossiers cachés">> coche "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés"
Pour afficher les autres fichiers cachés>> décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)" *

2) tu passes en mode sans échec/recherche et supprime dans C>>WINNT<< sytem ou system32 les exeS en gras
(>>explorateur windows)
