Bonjour,
Je soupçonne fortement mon pc portable d'être infecté.
Il est lent.La navigation sur Internet c'est la croix et la bannière,çà rame pour passer d'une page à l'autre etc...
Souvent mon pointeur se déplace à l'autre bout de l'écran alors que je tape sur un lien par exemple.
Auriez vous la gentillesse d'essayer de résoudre mon problème.Je tiens à préciser que je ne suis vraiment pas calé en informatique et que je risque de poser des questions idiotes.

▶ Télécharge hijackthis
▶ Tout est expliqué sur mon site web pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.
▶ Poste le rapport obtenu dans le bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse.
Comment copier/coller le rapport :
▶ Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".
▶ ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre et tu fais ctrl V pour "coller" le rapport.
▶ Télécharge hijackthis

Problèmes!!j'ai bien suivi les étapes mais quand j'ai fait "scan and save a log file" il y a bien un rapport généré mais avec message d'erreur"impossible de trouver le fichier"hijack this etc...." "voulez vous en créeer un autre"j'ai dit non,j'ai bien le rapport mais impossible de faire un copier/coller la commande clic droit ne fonctionne pas.!!!

Ton rapport est incomplet...
▶ Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
* Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
* Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
* Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Refais un rapport hijackthis et poste le dans ta prochaine réponse stp

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.
▶ Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)
▶ Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"
▶ Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"
▶ L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....
▶ Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
▶ Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
▶ Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Excuse moi.Ma dernière analyse remonte à 2 3 jours et il avait trouvé 4 ou 5 infections.A l'heure ou j'écris toujours pas de trace d'infection.Peut on utiliser internet pendant le scan de malware ou tout autre analyse en général?
Tu peux aller sur internet mais pas lancer d'autres analyses en même temps...
