My TV turns on 1 out of 2 times

Hello,
I have a problem, my Samsung television doesn't always turn on! I bought my TV in December, so it's relatively new, 600€ for a 93-centimeter model.
When I turn it on with the remote, the red light blinks but it doesn't turn on, so I really don't understand...

    I suppose it's a Samsung, I think it goes into safety mode, but why it doesn't ask me I don't know, maybe it's your electrical outlet?

    No, it's not the power outlet, I checked all the connections again, everything is perfect.
