Resolve error code 00002 ir 2520 canon

Hello,

After an over voltage on my Canon IR 2520 copier, I restarted the machine and received system error 00002. I have tried many times to decode it according to the troubleshooting procedure in case of over voltage, but it still doesn’t work. What should I do?
