Aide Tea-Timer : http://ww11.genproc.com/spybot/spybot.html # Etape 1/ Télécharge : - Navilog1 http://il.mafioso.pagesperso-orange.fr/Navifix/Navilog1.exe (IL-MAFIOSO) sur ton Bureau. Double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement (si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau). Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide. Patiente jusqu'au message " Analyse Termine le .....". Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir, poste-le maintenant et passe à la suite. Hello, voici enfin le rapport

désolé de ne le mettre que maintenant mais j'ai eu des journées de malades dernièrement et je n'ai du temps que maintenant

Rapport GenProc 2.385 [2] - sam. 07/03/2009 à 13:38:18,87 - Windows XP

Il est impératif de désactiver le résident TeaTimer de Spybot pendant l'ensemble des manipulations qui vont suivre. Aide Tea-Timer : http://ww11.genproc.com/spybot/spybot.html

# Etape 1/ Télécharge :

- Navilog1 http://il.mafioso.pagesperso-orange.fr/Navifix/Navilog1.exe (IL-MAFIOSO) sur ton Bureau.
Double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation. Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement
(si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau). Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.
Patiente jusqu'au message " Analyse Termine le .....". Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir, poste-le maintenant et passe à la suite.

Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/ ; pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "GenProc" sur ton bureau. Choisis ta session courante *** KNEVELS Xavier ***

# Etape 2/

Double clique sur le raccourci Navilog1, choisis l'option 2 et valide, patiente jusqu'au message : *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
le blocnote va s'ouvrir ; sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver, referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre

# Etape 3/

Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 4/

Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :

- Le contenu du fichier cleannavi.txt qui se trouve dans Poste de travail > Disque C:\
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis http://forum.telecharger.01net.com/forum/high-tech/PRODUITS/Questions-techniques/hijackthis-version-install-sujet_199100_1.htm ;

Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

Clique-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 sur le Bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur".

* Sur le menu principal, choisis 2.
* Suis les instructions et patiente.
* L'outil va t'informer qu'il redémarrera ton ordinateur.
* Sauvegarde les documents ouverts, s'il y en a, puis ferme toutes les fenêtres.
* Appuie sur une touche ainsi que demandé.
* Si ton ordinateur ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le manuellement (choisis ta session habituelle, si necessaire).
Patiente jusqu'au message *** Nettoyage terminé le ….*** (il se peut que ça prenne un certain temps).
Un document du Bloc-notes est créé. Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver.
* Copie/colle le contenu de dans ta prochaine réponse.
-Referme le Bloc-notes.
-Ton Bureau va réapparaître.

Note : Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Onglet "Processus" > Fichier (menu) > Nouvelle tâche (Exécuter...) > tape explorer et clique sur OK.

Tu relances HIJACKTHIS et tu fixes les lignes suivantes (et seulement ces lignes!!), en cliquant sur FIXCHEKED :

*R3 - URLSearchHook: AGSearchHook Class - {0BC6E3FA-78EF-4886-842C-5A1258C4455A} - C:\Program Files\AGI\common\agcutils.dll

*O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

Ensuite, tu vas utiliser MALWAREBYTES :

*Telecharge MALWAREBYTES

- Redémarre en mode sans échec : (Pour les instructions suivantes, copies sur une feuille, ou imprime ce qui suit)

Au redémarrage de ton PC tapote sur la touche F8 ou F5, sur l'écran suivant déplace toi avec les flèches de direction et choisis Mode sans échec. Choisis ta session habituelle et non la session Administrateur

---

- Double clique sur le raccourci de MalwareByte's Anti-Malware qui est sur le bureau.
- Sélectionne Exécuter un "examen rapide" si ce n'est pas déjà fait
- clique sur "Rechercher"

- Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur sur "Ok"

- Si MalwareByte's n'a rien détecté, clique sur "Ok" Un rapport va apparaître ferme-le.

- Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur "Afficher les résultats" ensuite sur "Supprimer la sélection"

- Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau comme cela il sera plus facile à retrouver, poste ensuite ce rapport.

Note : Si MalwareByte's a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok

oui, le PC est toujours extrèmement lent...

j'ai bien envie de le remetre en config d'origine mais faut tout saver avant...

faudrait utiliser quoi pour l'optimiser ?

Bonjour,

Dans un premier temps tu vas faire un peu de nettoyage avec CCLEANER :

* Télécharge CCleaner.
(attention à l'installation penser à DECOCHER l'installation de Yahoo toolbar discrètement proposé en plus de CCleaner).

*Décoche pendant l'installation

--- les deux cases "Ajouter l'option ... "
--- Contrôler les mises à jour

* Lance Ccleaner pour un nettoyage complet :

Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes les applications en cours
* va dans "nettoyeur" : fait analyse puis nettoyage
* va dans "registre" : fait chercher les erreurs et réparer ( plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y est plus d'erreur ) .

Ensuite, tu peux virer AD AWARE LAVASOFT (qui sert à rien), via "ajout/suppression des programmes".
Idem pour SPYBOT, desinstalles le.
Tu te serviras dorénavant de MALWARESBYTES (que tu mettras reguliereremnt à jour), bien + efficace.

Si tu continues a télécharger des cracks, tu attiras forcémént des infections.
Dans tes programmes, tu as :
*Kazaa
*Emule
*Limewire.
Faut pas s'etonner après, que la machine ne tourne pas rond.

Ccleaner, c'est fait mais ça aide pas des masses.
Dans le registre, j'ai vu encore des traces de truc endomagé au nom de Kiwee toolbar qu'on a enlevé précedement, est-ce grave ?

ça, j'ai pas dis que c'était à moi :)
Je te répondrai que la personne utilise ces logiciels pour partager des photos et films de famille ;) (évidement, je ne m'étone pas pour ça vu comment le PC est utilisé)

Ok, je vais virer les deux autres

Pour l'anti-virus, je garde AVG ou je met un autre ? (gratuit, c'est obligatoire)
