Virus svcload.exe

Bonjour, j'ai des gros pb sur mon micro et surtout internet qui se déconnecte sans arrêt. J'ai lancé un scan et j'objet le rapport ci-joint.

Qq'un peut il m'aider pour éradiquer et me donner la marche à suivre pour éradiquer tout cela.
