Redirection vers un lien/recherche google

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis que j'ai cliqué sur un lien facebook m'indiquant l'existence d'une vidéo à télécharger..il semble que je sois infectée par un virus dont je n econnais pas l'origine mais qui intercepte toutes mes recherches à partir de google pour me rediriger vers un autre moteur de recherche "find february", des liens commerciaux ou une video Youtube de je ne sais quel chanteur.....
J'ai lu un bon nombre de témoignages sur ce forum mais étant plus que novice à ce sujet, j'ai peur de faire une manipulation qui pourrrait être irréversible..;
C'est pourquoi je m'en remets a vous, si vous pouviez m'indiquer la démarche à suivre pour pouvoir à nouveau utiliser google sans interruption, ni gène..

Clique sur ce lien 
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe 
pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.  

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là : 
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

oui j ai dejas une tres bonne solution pour toi mais que si tu est sur mozilla firefox et non pas sur internet explorer 
si t es sur mozilla telecharge ADblock il te suprime toute les pub et toutes les gene qui se passe sur le net

Bien infecté en effet !


:Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié dans C:\. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le scrïpt.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

-Télécharge Combofix de sUBs

-Enregistre-le impérativement sur ton bureau

-Déconnecte-toi du net et désactive ton antivirus (juste le temps de la procédure).

-Ferme toutes les fenêtres.

-Double-clique sur combofix.exe (ne clique pas sur la fenêtre qui s'ouvre).

-Appuie sur Y pour lancer le scan.

-A la fin du scan (cela peut prendre du temps), un rapport sera créé.

-Poste ce rapport dans ton / tes prochain(s) message(s).

J'ai suivi vos instructions seulemnt je ne peux exécuter combofix un message d'erreur s'affiche me signifiant que " je ne peux pas renommer combofix en combofix (1) alors que je ne touche à rien ...je ne sais par la suite où re trouver le programme...je suis un peu perdu ....désolé de mon incompétence...

Je suis d'accrod avec le principe..j'ai essayé de le renommer..seulement je ne sais pas où et comment??!! Car il n'apparaît pas dans mon bureau et lorsque j'ai fait une recherche, il semblerait qu'il soit ds le lecteur C:\WINDOWS/PREFETCH seulement lorsque je le renomme ou clique de ssus, il ne se passe rien, windows me dit qu'il ne peut pas l'ouvrir...et le message d'erreur précédent ne me redirige vers rien une fois que je clique sur OK!!!!!!!!! tu ne retrouve plus combofix ?

Demarrer-->executer--> tape : combofix /u .

Retelecharge-le et clique droit dessus-->renommer--> tape par ex: pepsyji ce qui donneras : pepsyji.exe

et lance-le ensuite !

• Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (de OldTimer) sur ton Bureau : http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe
• Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer.
• Copie/colle le texte suivant dans le cadre « Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved » et clique sur Moveit :

• Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

Télécharge l'outil Flash_Disinfector de sUBs:
https://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe
Enregistre Flash_Disinfector.exe sur ton bureau.
Ferme les applications (word, etc) : car explorer.exe va être arrêté puis relancé (on perd les icônes du bureau).
Double clique sur Flash_Disinfector.exe pour l'exécuter.
Quand le message : [Plug in yours flash drive & clic Ok to begin disinfection] apparaitra :
Connecte au pc, clé USB, DD externes, susceptibles d'avoir été infectés.
Puis clic sur Ok
Les icônes sur le bureau vont disparaître jusqu'à l'apparition du message: [Done!!]
Appuies ensuite sur OK, pour faire réapparaître le bureau.
S'il y a plusieurs clés USB ou disques durs externes à désinfecter, renouvelle l'opération en branchant les clés non traitées une par une.

Fais un scan en ligne 
Kaspersky https://www.kaspersky.fr/downloads avec Internet Explorer :
- Clique sur Démarrer Online-Scanner

- Clique maintenant sur J'accepte.
- Valide l'installation d'un ou de plusieurs ActiveX si c'est nécessaire.
- Patiente pendant l'installation des Mises à jour.
- Choisis par la suite l'analyse du Poste de travail.
- Sauvegarde puis colle le rapport généré en fin d'analyse.

AIDE : Configurer le contrôle des ActiveX

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
