Vuze: Export my file list

Hello,
Here's the nature of my problem. It's not serious in itself, but solving it could save me a few tedious hours on Vuze and the internet...
I use Vuze for torrents, and I'm quite satisfied with it. I upload files stored on an external hard drive, and I've already spent some time reconfiguring the destination directory for each completed torrent.
However, I will have to give up my computer in a few days, and I've gotten another one. I'd like to know if it's possible to export the list of these torrents from Vuze on my current PC to Vuze on my new PC. (torrents + URL with passkey + destination directory), just like you can do for your contacts and emails with a messaging software.
If you have a solution, that would be awesome, because I'm approaching 400 GB of files...
Thank you for your attention
Best regards,
Psyto-kun

Thank you for your response, but that's what I meant by "manually entering my torrents"
Actually, I would like to find a way to export all torrents at once :)...
Right now, I'm using the folder of torrents saved by Vuze (I've modified it, look for the default directory in the options.
To put them back in my client, I do it little by little, as it doesn't really like copying/pasting a hundred torrents at once... -

You just need to copy the magnet URI from the torrent software (Right-click on the torrent) and then paste it into the other software via File - Add torrent by URL...
It works very well.
See you on the bus.
