Bonjour,
voila dans ma barre des taches j'ai une croix blanche dans un rond rouge et un message s'affiche toutes les 30sec "your computer is infected! it is recommended to start spyware tools".
si quelqu'un peut m'aider j'ai lu des sujet où la personne avait eu le meme problème et il faut suivre plusieurs étapes. merci de m'aider

Tu télécharges MalwareBytes.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

Tu l'installes. Choisis les options par défaut.
A la fin de l’installation, il te sera demandé de mettre à jour MalwareBytes et de l’exécuter .

Pour lancer MalwareBytes, double-clique sur le raccourci du bureau.

Dans l’onglet Recherche, sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet.
Clique sur recherche. Tu ne sélectionnes que les disques durs de l’ordinateur.
Clique sur lancer l’examen.

A la fin de la recherche, Comme il est demandé, clique sur afficher les résultats de la recherche.
Choisis alors Supprimer la selection pour nettoyer les infections.
Tu postes le rapport dans ton prochain message.

Si tu ne le retrouves pas, ouvre MalwareBytes et regarde dans l’onglet Rapport/logs. Il y est.
Clique dessus et choisir ouvrir.

Le scan dure en moyenne 50 mn.

Pour l'instant, il s'agit d'un rogue.On verra par la suite s'il reste des "virus" comme tu dis.

Ca veut ire que ton ordinateur a un virus et que tu dois procéder à une analyse.Tu as quoi comme antivirus.

comme anti-virus j'ai McAfee, et non je n'ai pas ce logiciel(spyware tools). mais ce virus, pour l'instants, n'a aucun effets sur mon pc

Tu crois ca?Tu sais les virus n'attaque pas tout de suite ton PC.MAis tu verras que au fil du temps tu auras des messages d'érreurs qui te dit que des fichiers du système32 seront manquants.Ou ce virus fait autre chose mais un virus c'est pour endommager un PC.Fait une analyse antivirus.

Bon nettoyage...

On va verifier s' il reste quelque chose:

Télécharges et installes le logiciel HijackThis :
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 159 hijackthis

Laisses toi guider et installes le à l'endroit par défaut ( "C:\program files\" ) .
Ensuite cliques sur do a system scan and save a log file, puis poste le rapport ici

réouvre malewarebyte
va sur quarantaine
supprime tout

ensuite :

Télécharge clean.zip, de Malekal
http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

(1) Dézippe-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier clean.

(2) Ouvre le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-clic sur clean.cmd

une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laisse la ouverte.

(3) Choisis l'option 1 puis patiente
Poste le rapport obtenu

pour retrouver le rapport : double clique sur > C > double clique sur " rapport_clean txt.
et copie/colle le sur ta prochaine réponse .

Je viens de voir que tu es sous vista...

*Désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs ou UAC (le réactiver seulement à la fin de la désinfection) :

Aller dans "démarrer" puis "panneau de configuration" :
--->Sur la droite de la fenêtre , cliques sur " affichage classique "
--->Double-Cliquer sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
--->Cliquer ensuite sur "Activer ou désactiver le contrôle ..." .
--->Décocher la case "utlisiser le contrôle ..." et cliquer sur OK .
Puis redémarrer le PC quand il le vous sera demandé ...

* Important :
Pour installer ou pour lancer les outils, que tu utiliseras au court de la désinfection, fait toujours ainsi :
cliques DROIT ( sur le setup d'installe ou l'outil )-> choisis " Exécuter entant qu'administrateur " .

Bien..

Redémarre en mode sans échec :

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

-> Une fois en mode sans echec, ouvre le dossier que tu avais crée et click sur clean.cmd et choisis l'option 2.

-> Redémarre normalement et poste le rapport de clean + un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

Tu m'as remis le même...

Va dans Programs files, trend micro, et supprime ce doc :
hijackthis.log

Ensuite ferme l'explorateur, et relance un scan hijack

Je voudrais m'en assurer...

Fais ceci : on va supprimer les outils utilisés avec Tools cleaner

* Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge "ToolsCleaner2" (de A.Rothstein et Dj Quiou) sur ton Bureau :

- http://pc-system.fr/

-Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe > clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.

-Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser

-Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.

-Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.

-Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

Note : ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus", clique en haut à gauche sur "Fichiers" et choisis "Exécuter"
Tape : explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera ré-apparaître ton Bureau.

/!\ ToolsCleaner2 créé par A. Rothstein et repris par Dj Quiou va faire le ménage des outils utilisés et des rapports; il va créer un Point de Restauration sain en supprimant les anciens (car ils risquent d'être infectés) et vider la corbeille.

** Poste le rapport obtenu

Ensuite retelecharge Hijack et poste le rapport d'un scan.
