Trojan.Dropper/Gen et Trojan.DNSChanger-Codec

Bonjour, voilà j'ai fais un scan avec SUPERAntiSpyware et il a trouver deux virus: Trojan.Dropper/Gen et Trojan.DNSChanger-Codec, ils ont ete mis en quarantaine et supprimés, est-ce qu'il y a autre chose à faire ou alors faut-il mieux continuer un autre nettoyage comme hijackthis ccleaner etc....
