salut,mon pc bug pas mal en ce moment!! symptômes: ne démarre qu'en mode sans échec (sinon plein de "0" s'affiche a l'écran et le PC ne marche pa!! je l'ai soumis a l'analyse d'avast en mode sans échec, il a trouvé plusieurs virus et je l'ai est supprimé mais il bug toujours et je ne détecte plus de virus! que faire? est a cause de programme récemment installé ( vlc v0.9.8 wlm 2009)?? merci d'avance!!!

installet malwarebyte et colle nous le rapport:

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

slt j'ai recu ton message et je sui en train de faire se ke tu ma conseillé, jen sui a la premiere etape ( a savoir scanner le pc avec malwarebyte anti malware) je bt'ai mis 1 plus pour ton message meme si cela ne marche pa pr ta bonne volonté!!^^ j' espere ke sa va marcher snn je c plus koi faire avec mn pc!! je dois le scanner avec bitdeffender en ligne apres l'avoir scanné ac malwarebyte?? ta l'air de pa mal t'i connaitre en informatique. en esperen que sa marche!! merci vin'$$

slt ,je voulais te faire savoir ke j'ai utilisé combofix et ke mon pc a planté pour de bon; desormais je ne peut plus l'allumer en mode sans echec!! je vais le passer a une connaissance qui s'y connait pas trop mal en informatique en esperant q'uil pourra faire quelque chose!!! sinnon il faudra le formater ou acheter 1 otr pc!!! merci quand meme de ton aide jlpjlp!!! @+!!! vin'$$

salut,
essaye d'analyser ton dd en mode sans échec avec le hijjack this;
je te conseille d'utiliser un autre antivirus comme AVG 8.5, avéra ou kasperskey;
faites une autre analyse en mode sans échec;

ok fais le scan en ligne
et mets le rapport ici a la suite


et




télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

4/ malheureusement si rien ne marche il faudra formater et réinstaller xp

puis remettre les antivirus et pare-feu et seulement ensuite (après avoir été protégé) aller sur Internet pour réinstaller Windows update (dans démarrer puis Windows update)
