Print four A6 documents on an A4 page. Solved

Hello everyone,

As part of my internship, I need to create small texts in A6 format to give to clients.

I'm using Word 2007 but I don't know how to print four copies on the same sheet in A6 format.

If someone kind could help me, it would be nice and would also earn me points in my internship.

Hello,

It is possible via the file / print function to do this, by choosing the number of pages per sheet you want in the Pages per sheet list under the Zoom section. By default, this number is set to 1, but by choosing 4, Word prints 4 pages on each sheet of paper.

Hello,

The Zoom/Multiple pages printing option is only valid if we want to print several pages on a single sheet.

Here, we’re asking Vicodine to compose 4 A6 on an A4, which amounts to a page folded into four. Therefore, as Raymond said, we need 2 columns and 2 rows...

Hello, and thank you for this help topic, but I can't apply the advice given here:
- I duplicated my page 1 to pages 2, 3, and 4, but in "file" "print," I don't see any zoom option or "pages per sheet" option.

How do I do that?

yes, but I struggled with the layout, a font, and a size per line, say 2, on about 30 lines, it would mean redoing the entire format for me if I do 2 lines and 2 columns...

Well, I would like to print my 4 pages (identical) on a single sheet to make flyers.  Maybe there is a software for that?

Yes;
his name is Word,
and we split the page into 4 cells,
and we type the text in one cell,
and we copy the cell into the other 3!

But if you've already filled an entire A4 page with your text, and you've copied it onto 3 other A4 pages, you just have to apply the advice from jee pee; simply, each printer has its own instructions and settings, and there isn't a "zoom" window on all printers; however, there is the option "number of pages per sheet" on almost all of them.
If that's not the case with your printer, you need to look for one that has this feature.

Well, I'm not working on Word but on Open Office Writer   and in the printer settings I don't see how to do it (it's a Lexmark)

Well, 62barbu, here’s what happens when you have fun butting into a discussion!  Instead of starting your own discussion like a grown-up by clicking on Ask your question, you thought it would be clever to sneak into Vicodine01's, who is working on Word!  However, I don't think that just using OpenOffice will change anything...  As for me, I have a Lexmark X5400, and this option is at the bottom right (above the OK and Cancel buttons). -- Retirement is nice! Especially in the Caribbean... :-) &#9787; Raymond &#9794;
