Hello, I would like to know if the "SwSetup" folder is important for the functioning of Windows (in the C: directory). I'm cleaning up my hard drive and I have 95 GB free out of 221, so it wouldn't hurt to gain those 3.14 GB, and I've noticed there isn't much that's REALLY important inside (YouCam, Adobe, HP Games, and a bunch of stuff like that...)
So, can I delete the entire folder? ^^'
Configuration: Windows Vista Safari 525.28.1

from memory, these are drivers for the installation of the various peripherals of your PC
so no, it is not essential for the current functioning of your PC
in fact, it is even recommended to burn/copy this data onto an external medium
(if you have a DVD burner, burn a DVD containing all this data)
