Adjust the desk to the screen

Hello,

I can't adjust my desk to the dimensions of my screen.
The image is too large. As a result, I can no longer see the taskbars and I have to scroll down to the bottom of the screen with my mouse to access them.
The buttons located at the bottom right of the screen allow me to scroll up or down, slide right or left, but not to center and adjust. Can you help me? 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Problem solved by going to the software: AMD Cataclysm Control Center / My digital flat screens / Scaling option / Overscan set to 0% and there you go, hoping it helps some :)
