Graphic Work 5 French not working??

Hello!

I am running Windows XP Pro SP3 + Framework 1 to 3.5 SP1 + UNICODE +....

I installed Graphic Work 5 without any problem, then upon system restart it asked for the key written on the CD-ROM and everything seemed fine.

When I click on the Graphic Work icon, the hourglass shows for a few seconds and… nothing happens!????

I searched for patches:

Some mention a patch gsw5patch.exe that cannot be found!?

I found one, namely: SP_446494_rx_r1g.exe from http://www.databecker.fr (article no 446494, that is CD-ROM 2634 Data Becker by Pointsoft). (Version for CD-ROM and not downloaded)

Again, launching/installing the patch seems to go well and upon restart, it asks for the key number (License) and…. does not recognize the original key from the CD-ROM!????

I have a doubt: I have a French version and I downloaded it from DataBecker in Germany…????

Do you have an explanation/solution?

HELLO SAME HERE I'M IN THE SAME MESS I CAN'T FIND THE PATCH ON THEIR STUPID SITE (GERMAN)... HOWEVER, I CAN GIVE YOU MY CD ACTIVATION NUMBER IF IT WORKS SEND ME THE PATCH. AAEMD-AACCM-SAAIB-VFGTA-AAAAA AND THERE YOU GO KEEP ME UPDATED REGARDS
