Hello, I would like to know why Arthur (Félix Moati) says "tamagotchi au baconnet"??
And what does it mean? ^^
Thank you in advance
P.S.: And does any of you have the link to the moment when they are in England and Arthur says (talking about MSN Messenger) "well, they don't"?
Thank you!!

Tamaget or Baconnet is a game played by Parisian high school students
You say anything that makes no sense to a teacher
He responds with what (What in the movie)
And you say to him: Yeah ... Yeah!

The teacher is embarrassed and the class laughs!

Not everyone does it, just the high schoolers. Proof is I’m in middle school XD and it makes almost everyone laugh^^

It's a high school thing: you say something incomprehensible, the other person goes "what," and then you say "yeah, yeah," so the other person wonders what's going on ^^

There's a buddy of mine who did it in class and everyone laughed. The thing is to say something incomprehensible really fast and then shout YEAH YEAH!!

It reassures me to not be the only one who didn't understand.
I can't find this phrase anywhere on the net except for the movie's soundtrack.
P.S.: Maybe they made it up and we're looking for nothing :p

    Thank you, didi.
Apparently, it's typically French because in Belgium (I am a student of the age of the actors in the film), I've never heard of that :p
But it's never too late to implement that here :D
