Virus bizarre sur msn

bonjour et merci pour ton aide!!

je suis embetee, clean virus msn arrete pas de planter et ne fini pas son analyse!! j'essaie de la refaire mais rien y fait
ca me met ce programme ne repond pas et doit fermer!! ca me fait deja ca avec la plupart de mes programmes
