Hasp & dongle

Hello,
I bought a lot of computer materials ...
I am interested in 2 things
1) a USB key when I connect it to the PC, its name appears "HASP 2.17"
2) a USB key with a Bluetooth logo on it when I connect it to the PC its name is "ZYBT12-100 dongle"

I want to know what these 2 small tools can do..
as soon as possible..I don't have time for research because I am a student in electronics .. exam time

This is about keys that allow the opening of certain programs; we could say a license. If they are HASP, visit the manufacturer's site http://www.aladdin.fr/HASP/default.aspx. This could help you find their uses.

but I only learned that after a little research...

What I want is:
Can I use it as I wish or are they designed just for a certain program?

Can I program them to encrypt the network or.... as I want or not??

The hasp has the shape of a small flash drive
and the dongle has the shape of a Bluetooth communication/mobile-PC etc.
