Bonjour,
 J'ai beaucoup de pub sur mon internet et j'aimerais savoir comment faire pour les enlever ( sachant que dans l'onglet outils / options / contenu j'ai déjà cocher la casse bloquer les fenêtre pop- pub )

&#x25B6 Enregistre la cible sous .... "le bureau" 

&#x25B6 Fais un double-clic sur "HJTInstall.exe" afin de lancer l'installation

&#x25B6 Clique sur Install ensuite sur "I Accept"

&#x25B6 Clique sur" Do a scan system and save log file"

&#x25B6 Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

Désolé j'ai pas bien compris ( je suis novice en informatique ) tout cela c'est pour enlever mes fenêtres pub ?

Si cela ne te dérange pas pourrais tu me le réexpliquer en plus détailler stp ?

Je ne peut pas plus mieux t'expliquer que ce qui et déjà indiquer.

Aide toi du tutoriel pour faire le rapport.

J'ai fait comme tu ma dis, j'ai commencer par télécharger l'application une fois chose faite j'ai double cliquer dessus et cliquer sur èxecuter puis sur install et il me marque :

Cette application n'a pas pu démarrer car MSVBVM60.DLL est introuvable. La réinstallation de cette application peut corriger ce problème. 

Or j'ai répété cette action trois fois me donnant le même résultats -_-'.

Que dois-je faire ?

Essai avec sa:

&#x25B6 Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

&#x25B6 Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

&#x25B6 Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.

&#x25B6 Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

&#x25B6 Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément.
( log.txt & info.txt )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Si un rapport ne passe pas faire une alerte à la conciergerie avec le /!\ jaune.

Le lancement de l'installation de Navilog1 se fait en exécutant Navilog1.exe

Une fois l'installation terminé, pour lancer le fix :

- en utilisant le raccourci crée sur le bureau : Navilog1

- Via le poste de travail, en exécutant le fichier Navilog1.bat se trouvant dans %program files%Navilog1

Après le choix de la langue et les messages d'avertissement, le menu s'affiche.

Faite le choix 1

Effectue la vérification du système à la recherche de l'adware. Un scan avec catchme de GMER est également éffectué pour Windows XP. Cette analyse peut durer une dizaine de minutes. Patientez alors jusqu'au message «Analyse terminée le ....». Appuyez sur une touche comme demandé et le bloc note va souvrir , Enregistrez-le sur votre disque. Puis Ouvrez-le et Copiez-Collez l'intégralité de ce rapport sur le forum qui vous l'auras demandé.

(si le bloc-note ne s'ouvre pas : Rendez-vous dans votre poste de travail, à la racine du disque C vous trouverez le rapport sous le nom de fixnavi.txt)

Attention : Ne lancez-pas la partie désinfection (choix 2, 3 ou 4) sans l'avis/accord express de l'Helper qui vous as pris en charge sur le forum d'aide ou vous aurez exposer votre problème.

Si un rapport ne passe pas faire une alerte à la conciergerie avec le /!\ jaune.

Ba pour de dire tout mes problémes j'ai

-une connexion internet trés faibles, j'ai fait ma requête ping il me localise dans un fleuve.
-des fenêtres de pub qui s'ouvrent de tout les côté quand j'ouvre internet
-surement je suis infecté de plein plein de virus ou spywares il faut que j'arrive a les enlever parés comment .... ^^
-j'ai acheté call of duty 5, or j'ai de 2 go de ram et un processseur 2.20Ghz et il faut que je me trouve un processeur intel pentinum IV 3 Ghz et encore une barrette de 1 ou 2 go de ram et tout sa pas chers

Et surement formater mon ordi s'il n'y a pas d'autres moyen ^^ ( et sa en derniers recours je ne sais pas le faire ) ^^.

Combofix. Attention, ce logiciel est très puissant, une mauvaise utilisation peut faire des dégâts...

Fais exactement ce qui suit :

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !) :
Fais un clic droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " : dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre tape C-Fix, choisis le bureau comme destination et valide :

!! déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications en cours et DESACTIVE TOUTES TES DEFENCES (anti-virus, antispyware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipulation (si jamais tu en as et que je ne les ai pas vu sur le rapport hijackthis....)

---> Surtout, si tu rencontres des difficultés à ce niveau là, dis le moi avant de poursuivre...

Télécharge ToolsCleaner par A.Rothstein & dj QUIOU sur ton Bureau:

Toolscleaner

Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.

Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.

Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.

Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

Sur chaque messages d'alertes d'antivir il me marque "C:\WINDOWS\system32\hotplug32.dll contient le cheval de troie TR/Spy.Gen" or j'ai deja trouver ce fichier sauf que j'arrive pas le supprimer parce que il me marque le disque est protégé en écriture etc....

Tu as toujours MBAM? 

Sinon: Télécharge Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM):

MBAM

Installe-le en vérifiant que la case de mise à jour soit bien cochée en fin d'installation.

Après la mise à jour, lance-le et coche "Examen Rapide". Puis "Rechercher".

Si MBAM trouve quelque chose: fais "Voir les résultats" puis "Supprimer la sélection".

Poste le rapport généré.

Essaie de la télécharger et de la décompresser. Une fois décompressée, place-la dans C:\System 32\

Puis supprime MBAM, télécharge-le à nouveau et réessaie.

MERCI BEAUCOUP MALWAREBYTE'S A résolu tout mes problèmes sur mon ordinateur. Je te poste le rapport quand même mais je n'ais plus aucune alerte de Antivir guard ! 

Est ce quand même la peine d'aller plus loin ??




Sachant que celui la c'est le deuxiéme car j'ai déjà lancer MBAM une fois il a tout supprimer sauf deux éléments ou il fallait redémarrer l'ordi ce que fais donc je l'ais lancé aprés et il a plus rien détécté.

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe.

Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

A noter: Les rapports se trouvent également ici: C:\rsit.

Ça semble pas mal.

Juste une vérification:

Regarde si tu as ce fichier, en gras, si oui, supprime-le: c:\documents and settings	itou\local settings\application data\uowakcm.exe

Puis tu peux supprimer RSIT et ses rapports.

Également Toolscleaner et son rapport à supprimer, si ce n'est pas déjà fait.

Tu as des mises à jour en retard:

Via le panneau de configuration, désinstalle Adobe reader 8 (faille de sécurité)

Télécharge et installe la version actuelle: http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 27 acrobat reader

Puis le SP de Windows. On en est au SP3: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322389/fr

Puis IE, on en est à IE7, il faut le garder à jour. --> internet explorer 7

Juste une derniére question ^^.

J'ai comme jeux world of warcraft ( je l'ai télécharger serveur privé ), assassin's creed, counter strike source et call of duty 5 sur pc.

Seulement world of warcraft sont installés la.

J'ai un processeur de 2.20 Ghz et 2 Go de mémoire vive.

Seulement avec tout ces jeux je n'ai pas assez ^^ ( call od duty 5 tout seul demande un processeur 3 Ghz et 

assassin's creed demande 2.60 Ghz ( seul counter strike et wow demande moins ^^)).

Or je peux jouer a assassin's creed et call of duty 5 mais il rame beaucoup !!!

Je pense qu'il me faudrait au moins un processeur de 3 Ghz et encore 2 ou 3 Go de mémoires vives non ?

Et je voulais savoir s'il n'y avais pas un moins de d'augmenter la puissance de mon processeur ou savoir si vous 

connaissez de bons plans pour un bon processeur et mémoire vive.
