Qu'est-ce qui te fais dire que tu as un virus ?

FactoryMode ça te dis quelque chose ?

Une fois que tu as répondu à ces deux questions, fais ceci

Tu as trois anti-malwares installés et pas d'antivirus.

Désinstalle spybot par ajout/suppression de programme.

Entre spywareDoctor et AVG AntiSpyware, désinstalle celui de ton choix (S'il y en a un que tu payes désinstalle l'autre ou alors à choisir, désinstalle Spyware Doctor)

=====================  ANTIVIR ========================

Télécharger ANTIVIR qui est un antivirus gratuit

Suivre la procédure jusqu'au bout. En cas de doute demander

Procédure d'installation

Pour les réglages

	?	Redémarrer en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes)
	?	Attention, pas d’accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistrer ou imprimer les consignes.

	?	Relancer le Pc et tapoter la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage
	?	Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionner Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel

	?	Faire une analyse complète de la machine

En fin de scan ( qui est assez long)
	?	Clic Sauvegarder REPORT puis Enregistrer sous et choisir bureau

	?	Relancer la machine en mode normal
	?	Copier/coller le rapport ici

===================== CCLEANER ========================
Pour le petit coup de polish. 
	?	Appliquer la procédure ci-dessous. 
	?	l'outil pourra être conservé pour faire le ménage de temps en temps en appliquant la même procédure.
	?	Si ce n'est pas fait Télécharger CCLeaner et l'installer sur le bureau en refusant l'installation de la barre Yahoo.
	?	Fermer toutes les applications
	?	Lancer CCLeaner
	        S'il n'est pas en Français cliquer sur Options, Setting, Language et sélectionner Français
	?	cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Windows :
	        Internet Explorer: Fichiers Internet Temporaires, Cookies
	?	Système: Vider la Poubelle, Fichiers Temporaires, Presse-papiers
	?	Avancé: Vieilles données du Prefetch
	?	Décocher dans le menu Options - sous-menu Avancé :
	        Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures
	?	Cocher dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications : Internet: Sun Java
	?	Cocher , si cela est possible, dans le menu Nettoyeur - onglet Applications :
	        Firefox/Mozilla: Cache Internet, Cookies 
	?	Click sur Analyse
	?	Click sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage dans le menu Nettoyeur. 
	?	Click sur Registre
	?	Sélectionner tout
	?	Click sur Chercher des erreurs (En bas)

	Une fois le scan terminé sélectionner tout

1) CCCleaner n'enlève pas les virus et autres bestioles, il nettoie la base de registre et certaines parties du PC qui encombrent

2) Tu n'arrives pas à installer Antivir et CCleaner? Oui ? Et comme je ne suis pas devant ton écran, je ne sais pas pourquoi. 'Messages d'erreurs, ce qui se passe etc...)

3) MalwaresBytes te détectes des choses. Je suis content. ET MON RAPPORT COMME DEMANDE? Il est ou ?

Cela veut dire que tu n'as pas suivi correctement la procédure MalwaresBytes. 

Tu n'as fais qu'une simple détection, il faut appuyer sur le bouton supprimer la sélection en fin de scan.

Et n'oublie pas le rapport une fois cette suppression effectuée.

Avec ce rapport un nouveau rapport HiJackThis après avoir relancé la machine

je te conseille plus un examen complet que rapide mais bon c est juste un avis.

la mise a jour n a pas ete effectuee ( version 1304 , on en est a la 1750 et plus)et comme on te l a fait remarque colle le rapport apres avoir supprimer.tu as envoye 2 fois le meme rapport car sur les 2 tu as d indique no action taken , il faut le rapport avec quarantined and deleted successfully.
