Virus

Bonjour,

voici mon problème : je n'ai plus de programmes dans mon menu démarrer, il me reste tout de même Hijackthis, firefox, word, outlook et Glary utilities que j'ai d'ailleurs télécharger hier pour faire le ménage sur mon pc : en est-ce la cause ?

De plus ce message me revient sans cesse :

Utilitaire (QGREP) de recherche de chaînes de caractères a cessé de fonctionner.

Un problème a fait que le programme a cessé de fonctionner correctement. Windows va fermer ce programme et vous indiquer si une solution est possible.

Je ne sais pas à quoi cela correspond.

J'ai donc fait un rapport avec hijackthis et je passe en ce moment Toolbar S&D pour autre chose.
