des dizaines de trojan horse en .tmp Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
depuis quelques jours j'ai un soucis de trojan horse:
mon antivirus (Symantec) me detecte des trojan horses tous les jours, de plus en plus chaque fois j'ai l'impression
j'ai remarqué qu'à chaque fois, les fichiers se nomment DWH????.tmp
les ? sont des chiffres et lettres majuscules
ce sont donc des fichiers temporaires, mon AV me les met en quarantaine dès qu'il les voit mais ca n'en finit jamais...
asi quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à stopper cette horde de chevaux, je ne sais pas d'où ils pourraient venir, je ne sais pas comment le savoir, bref je m'en remets à vous

le scan en ligne ne veut pas fonctionner, il ne me dit pas pourquoi, il dit juste "impossible d'analyser l'ordi contre les virus" et juste avant il n'arrivait pas pas à faire sa mise à jour avant de commencer le scan

(n'oublie pas de le mettre a jour avant de lancer le scan)


Relance AVG AS puis choisis l'onglet "Analyse"
Puis l'onglet "Paramètres"
Sous la question "Comment réagir ?", clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaine"
Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

/!\ Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse /!\
Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous"
Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le raport ic

j'ai DL AVG, mais impossible de faire la màj je ne sais pas pourquoi
je fais une analyse quand meme et pour l'instant il me trouve 58 infections, que des tracking cookies
je ne peux pas finir l'analyse et poster tout de suite, je le fais dès que possible

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs 
(tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

* Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
* Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
* Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Assure-toi que l'UAC-User Account Control -contrôle des comptes utilisateurs est bien désactivé. 

Clique-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 sur le Bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur". 

* Sur le menu principal, choisis 2. 
* Suis les instructions et patiente. 
* L'outil va t'informer qu'il redémarrera ton ordinateur. 
* Sauvegarde les documents ouverts, s'il y en a, puis ferme toutes les fenêtres. 
* Appuie sur une touche ainsi que demandé. 
* Si ton ordinateur ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le manuellement. 
* Choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire. 
Patiente jusqu'au message *** Nettoyage terminé le ….*** (il se peut que ça prenne un certain temps). 
Un document du Bloc-notes est créé. Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver. 
* Copie/colle le contenu de ce compte-rendu dans ta prochaine réponse. 
Referme le Bloc-notes. 
Ton Bureau va réapparaître. 


Note : Si ton Bureau ne réapparaît pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.

Avant de démarrer le programme, il est conseillé de désactiver les antispywares qui peuvent entrer en conflit (même dans le cas où vous avez Ad-Aware, a-squared, Spyware Doctor, vous pouvez tout simplement les désinstaller, ils vous servent à rien... d'ailleurs si vous êtes là, c'est qu'ils vous ont été d'aucun secours).
•	Le programme se lance... vous devez choisir la langue.
•	Pour choisir en français, tapez sur la touche F du clavier puis valider par entrée.
Sur le menu principale, tapez sur la touche 1 du clavier puis validez par entrée.
•	Le menu Démarrer et les icônes vont disparaitrent, c'est normal.
•	La recherche s'effectue, cela peut prendre plusieurs minutes, ne touchez à rien.

La plupart du temps un seul outil n'est point suffisant!

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton bureau à partir de ce lien : 

https://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes/3000-8022_4-10804572.html 

A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci. 

Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation. 

Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées. 

MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche : 

Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse. 

MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain teps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement. 

A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. 

Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche. 
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 

MBAM va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le bloc-note. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs) 

Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter. 

Poste le rapport sur le forum.
