Blocage à la fermeture de session XP

Bonjour,
Je possède windows XP pro qui se bloque en "fin de tâche" lorsque je ferme la session (il y a 4 utilisateurs sur ce pc).
Le processus qui semble se bloquer est "wvsvc.exe"
J'ai tout réinstallé le poste mais ça ne change rien.
J'ai aussi des messages bizarre qui apparaissent sans prévenir ... du genre c:\msquery.exe Le processeur NTVDM a rencontré une instruction non autorisée. CS:06ca IP:018a OP:2e 63 73 73 22 Choisissez 'Fermer' pour mettre fin à l'application.
J'ai aussi ad aware mais la mise à jour ne veut plus se faire.
Les pages internet explorer ne s'affiche pas toujours (impossible d'afficher la page) Bref je n'en peux plus !!!
Je précise que j'ai un antivirus à jour (AVG)
