Hello,
I have a problem with my laptop, specifically with my mouse. When I try to move to the right side of the screen with my mouse, it goes to the left and vice versa. It's the same when I try to move down the screen; it goes up.
Can someone explain how to fix this issue?
I should note that I haven't downloaded any software recently.

Hello, I had the same problem, I went to the trust website, (trust.com/18519) for my mouse. I checked the FAQ and it offers to download a file called mousse_fix_software.rar.
Extract the file and click on MS_Fix2 software "WARNING THE USB FOR MUST NOT BE CONNECTED"
Then connect the USB and it's fixed, everything is working normally for me.

I have a Trust mouse that cost €10 bought in Amsterdam 10 months ago. Everything was working fine until suddenly yesterday, the mouse started reversing movements. I'm on Windows and using a laptop. It's impossible to use in its current state.
I've searched a lot on the WEB and tried plenty of solutions (uninstalling drivers, changing USB ports, changing the battery, checking the ergonomic options on Windows, checking device management, and nothing worked.
Then I saw his message: you indeed need to go to the trust.com website and download a corrector file in RAR format:

The file is on the right. Installed in 10 seconds and everything is back to normal. Thank you Chef Balzac89, this saves me a trip to the store tomorrow.
