Bonjour,
mon ordinateur bloque a chaque fois que je fais une analyse antivirus ,
j ai essayer avec plusieurs antivirus ,et en mode sans échec mais ça ne change rien !
a chaque fois c est après 20 minutes de scan que ça arrive ,du coup j ai des virus mais je ne peux jamais les enlever ,
que puis je faire ?

C'est peut-être dû à une infection, ou à un problème matériel (surchauffe du disque dur etc...)
On va vérifier pour les infections :
• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu de log.txt

tu as essayer aavec antivir et j'espere que u les a desinstaller au fur et amesure tes antivirus........
oui le dernier que j ai essayer c etait antivir il avait l air bien il en trouvait plus mais bon il a planté aussi ...

bon j'ai tous d'abors un logiciel a te conseiller AIDA 32 tu peut vérifier a combient chauffe ton pc / memoire / tous faire
puis installe ccleaner sa va déja désencrasser ce qui est en trop
va dans démarer / poste de travail / ton disque local ( c: ou d: ) / program files / tes antivirus enfin ce que tu en as désinstaller suprimer tous ce qui reste il ce peut que le probleme vient de la mauvais manip enrengistrer / efface / reinstalle un antivirus ( ANTIVIR je te le conseille vivement ) et quand je dis reinstalle tu dois donc enlever tous tes antivirus pour effacer leur dossier / essaye si sa ne marche toujours pas suis cette manip
1° ) défragmente ton disque dur et reissaye l'antivirus
2° ) enleve la poussiere a l'aide d'un coton tige
3° ) restoration du sisteme
4°) ( en dernier recourt ) FORMATE
5°) il y aurais REGEDIT mais je ne saurais quoi faire pour t'aider
si malgrer toute c'est manip ce n'est pas regler le probleme dois etre exterieur
achete un ventilo ( 10 a 20 euros )
une mémoire ( RAM ) ( 500 MO a 1 giga de préférence ) ( 15 a 30 euros )
si sa ne marche toujours pas je chercherais pour toi une autre méthode

quelle manip écoute laisse l'autre sujet je peus t'aider dans celui la pas la peine dans faire 2 ^^ ne tinquiete pas le probleme va etre vite régler

oui c est windows defender qui reagit alors que c est antivir l antivirus
pour les manip il me restait a supprimé les ancien point de restauration et d en crée un nouveau mais je trouve pas
