Bonjour,
My daughter lived in Paris and moved back to Holland in october. I tried to cancel her abonnement, brought back the neufbox en did send a letter to neuf But they still charge my account for 59,80 every 2mounths. I would like to contact them by telephon but I only find numbers you can dial from France.
Who can help me out?

I tried to do so but I get no connection. Thanks anyhow. I will send them a second letter tommorow by registered post.
And hope they will do what they have to do

Again....

0805...is a french phone number, I think you have to change the fist "0" by another one...?!
