Bonjour,
I have USB2.0 pC camera (webcam), intex ,model N° : IT-1301WC
I made the instalation but when using it,,I recieve this error message : " cannot instantiate graph builder "
I have win XP service pak 3,and a brother so far who wants to see his family,so please help me!

Verify the connection of your webcam on the grip USB...
Go on this site and ask "Lancer la détection" > https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29
Then make the update of the grips USB and your webcam
For the installation of drivers > https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=21&v_code=9&v_p=1
