    Hello. I wanted to restore the settings. It asked me for the security code, I entered 1 2 3 4 5, and it said incorrect code... I'm waiting for a response... Thank you.

    Your phone is probably "SIM locked" (SIM card locked to a single operator, the one from which the phone was purchased) ....
    Just, if the normal waiting period has passed, contact your operator who will take care of the process
